Great service. Staff was wonderful and accommodating of our large group last minute. They prepared a special breakfast for us because we were leaving early before they began their normal service. They allowed bag storage. Excellent!!!

Rooms are spacious but parking is expensive and very small. Breakfast also has a very limited variety. Staff are interesting, some are very kind and helpful and some done even smile!

Mateo and the reception staff deserve special recognition for creating a smooth, attentive, and genuinely guest-focused experience. We had a wonderful stay at the Europa Hotel in Rapallo. From arrival to departure, everything felt well organized and thoughtfully managed. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the service was truly outstanding. The team made a strong impression with their friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail. Mateo, in particular, managed the desk with professionalism and calm, ensuring that every request was handled promptly and courteously. That level of care made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, Europa Hotel offers excellent hospitality, a clean and comfortable environment. Kudos to housekeeping and msintenace. I would happily return myself.

Hello everyone, this is a warning to anyone that wants to go here, the Hotel from the outside looks very nice but from the inside it’s absolutely horrible, the bathroom in my hotel room was dirty and had mold which can be seen in the pictures which can be a serious health hazard, the bathtub was broken as visible in the pictures and also dirty. The corners in the entire room were dirty, walls and closet have holes in them and don’t close properly, a lot of places big parts of the paint are just chipped off and gone. The night stands both were also very unstable and are basically falling apart with missing paint there aswell. The rooms are in general very old and for internal guests not suitable since there is no internal TV channels. When the reception was confronted with the issues they denied a room change and told us that they are fully booked which is definitely not the case, I assume the hotel is about 50% full but far away from full capacity. I think this type of behaviour as a 4 star hotel is unacceptable and not worthy of 4 stars, it’s more like a 2 star hotel also they do not have enough parking spaces for all of their guests and therefore have to send guests to park far away from the Hotel.
