Itinerary
Join me and my mom on our beautiful rooftop in the heart of the Medina as we teach you to make traditional Msemen and Harcha from scratch, kneading, folding, and cooking them on the griddle. Meanwhile, my dad will share his secrets on making traditional Moroccan tea. You'll also grind your own Amlou (peanuts and real honey) using a +120 years old traditional grinder passed down in our family. Then we sit down together to enjoy everything we made: fresh Msemen and Harcha with Amlou, honey, olive oil, fresh Jben cheese, and olives. A true Moroccan breakfast around our family table!

A great experience, with nice people and really good food
It was the most beautiful day I spent with the host family. It was a wonderful day filled with great hospitality and a warm welcome. They were very friendly in an atmosphere full of joy and happiness. Everything was great, in addition to the delicious food and wonderful Moroccan dishes like tagine, couscous, and refreshing Moroccan tea. Also, the place features a wonderful and charming view of the city, along with the experience of trying on the wonderful traditional Moroccan Amazigh clothing. Truly a unique and wonderful experience. ββββββ
this was one of the coolest travel experiences Iβve had in 20+ trips in the last few years. it was so welcoming, comfortable, and engaging. and the knowledge shared was incredible! itβs set up really well for the different food/drink parts to have the time they need to rest etc without ever feeling like you are waiting for the next step. you really do every step from mixing, shaping, cooking, & eating! and best of all the breakfast & tea are absolutely delicious, we wished we had more room in our stomachs to keep eating. and you will get candid photos of you guys doing it all at the end which is really cool to not have to try to take photos with messy hands! we absolutely loved getting to do this and agreed it would be absolutely worth it to do even at a high price point
Absolutely amazing experience. Our host and his mom were wonderful and welcoming. The cooking was easy to follow and very immersive. They were very accommodating for our 5 year old daughter. The tea experience was very cultural and amazing. Cannot recommend enough!
This was an amazing experience with Anouar, he was a great host and we learned how to make Harcha and Msemen, would highly recommend booking this experience we would love to come back !
Very friendly guide and a fun experience. We made traditional moroccan breakfast and ate together. It was nice to speak with Anwar who told us about moroccan and amazighi culture
Really good experience, host was great very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and learnt how to make it at home.
Amazing authentic experience. Host had excellent level of English and gave us insight into daily life in Morroco. Highlight of my trip. Very unique and rare ingredients were tasted and used. For example the Orange blossom authentic honey was spectacular You won't find a more authentic experience elsewhere
This was a wonderful experience. Host was extremely friendly. The food was the best food Iβve had in Morocco. Would definitely recommend for an authentic experience!
Amazing experience making Moroccan bread, amlou and tea on a rooftop. Anouar was really friendly and explained everything we wanted to know about his Amazigh culture and Moroccan traditions. Highly recommend!
Anwar and his Mum Samira were incredible hosts - warm and gregarious, they immediately made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to get involved with all the preparation and cooking processes as well as chatting about Amazigh and Moroccan history, culture and language. All the food and tea was delicious and we felt a real desire to connect and make a personal connection - would absolutely recommend!
Anouar is very friendly and we had an amazing experience cooking with Anouarβs mum!

Amazing experience. Good food and good company. The hosts are super welcoming and genuinely want to share their culture with other people. 10/10
Warm, insightful, and authentic!! This class is everything and more!! This class actually prioritizes you learning the history and skills of these dishes so you have the knowledge to make them at home!! This mother-son duo makes you feel like you are part of the family!
Anouar and family were amazing. It was such a rich, well organised, friendly, flavourful experience. We would 100% come back again.
