The worst service I've ever seen, they kept us waiting for about an hour and were so rude, we ended up leaving because no one wanted to serve us!!! So disappointed.

The place itself was nice, but the service was absolutely terrible. During my first interaction with a waiter, I asked where the restroom was, and I was shockingly told to "go near a tree and pee there." That's completely UNACCEPTABLE, especially for a firsttime visitor. We also experienced what felt ABSOLUTELY discriminatory treatment from some of the staff. There was a pool table that we were told was reserved exclusively for hotel guests, so we weren't allowed to use it. However, shortly afterward, we saw other visitors who were not hotel guests playing on it without any issue. The location has potential, but the behavior and attitude of the waiters completely ruined the experience for me. Good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service lisrespectful treatment.

We received a very warm welcome. The staff was very helpful, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and nicely presented. We especially loved the garden and it was very large and beautifully maintained, with many flowers, trees, and lovely walking paths. We also liked the lounge with a pool table, which guests could use freely. The pool was very clean and not too small. We really enjoyed our stay.”

We also used to go to Sofitel if we are in Rabat. Since the last few times we are staying with family. We went out for lunch and i must way this hotel is super beautiful, the gardens are very nice and big, quiet area, nice swimming pool. Very cosy feeling and staff was super kind. I cant not speak about the rooms but if we were to go on hotel again this place would definitely be one of the considerations. For lunch, really nice. As a date, with family or with kids all possible!
