Exceptional Care and Unforgettable Hospitality at The Story Rabat We arrived at The Story Rabat and immediately felt warmly welcomed. My son had experienced a medical emergency and was unable to walk comfortably. The staff quickly brought him a wheelchair and showed us genuine kindness and compassion throughout our entire stay. Ahlam and Fatima were caring, kind, and exceptionally professional. They greeted us each day with warm smiles, were incredibly resourceful, and truly made us feel at home. Houssam was also extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our ride to Tangier with Allal was the most comfortable and luxurious journey we could have hoped for. He was attentive, gracious, and made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Room service was impressively fast, and every meal we ordered was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself is stunning. The gardens are beautifully manicured, and every detail reflects elegance and impeccable taste. It is a truly peaceful and luxurious place to stay. One unexpected highlight was the hotel’s kitty friends. Their gentle visits were calming and soothing, bringing us moments of comfort. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.
