This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The service is very bad and there is nothing good about it. There is a lot of noise and I couldn’t sleep at all. The food is terrible, and everything smells bad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room had a very strong cigarette smell throughout the two nights, even when I kept the balcony open, which made it quite uncomfortable. The food was average and nothing special. Additionally, when certain items ran out, they were not refilled, which was disappointing. The juices also did not seem natural. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

I came to stay in this hotel as part of public ministry training program. The receptionists were great but the food wasn't as expected to be (it was an open buffet), they didn't even bother to put enough desert for everyone even though they were paid the ministry! When i asked for mine they said people take more than one dessert. I've seen my colleagues all of them took only one portion. So guessing the employee took some extra pocket cash. The asked for a 25 dh extra for a bottle of water very expensive.
