Incredibly beautiful Riad with a Moroccan flair. Beautiful wooden windows and a balcony overlooking the plants. Placed in the old medina. The staff is polite and helpful

I pent 2 nights here at the end of Ramadan, so Rabat was very busy, however the riad was still very quiet, even with it being an open style one. I was warm so slept with my door open and you still couldnt hear anything ! It was nice to hear the Call to Prayer though. I had not realised that the Riad is inside the walls of the city, so not accessible by taxi - you get dropped at the walls and its about a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was good and this was a really good location. Highly reccomended.
The Riad is proper cute. The room and breakfast are excellent for a Riad. We were asked to pay in cash the tourist tax at check out, the card machine was not working. I would have preferred be told at check in, to avoid us rushing to an atm before leaving to the airport
Our experience at this Riad was disappointing. It was difficult to find, and we had to ask a local vendor for directions. Upon arrival, we waited at the door, unsure of how to get in until someone finally let us inside. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired—dust was everywhere, and the common eating area had crumbs on the seats. The room itself had several issues. The washroom door didn’t lock and didn’t even align properly, so it remained slightly open. The faucet leaked constantly, leaving the sink area wet. The room was poorly insulated, which we expected, but the heating system was strange—while the upper part of the room became extremely hot, the lower part remained uncomfortably cold. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. Overall, this is far from a 4-star hotel. It’s not family-friendly and might appeal only to those looking for a very rustic, old-world experience.
Spectacular!! Everything from beginning to end was perfection. The Riad is very conveniently located in the center of the Medina and Souk Sabat. Although it’s very busy and crowded on the streets, you have complete quiet and tranquility in the Riad-the rooms, common areas, and dining. Breakfast is included and they serve a huge variety of items including a traditional Moroccan breakfast (amazing!) as well as pound cakes, muffins, etc on the simpler side. Everything is made from scratch in house. The entire staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s truly like staying with family here! Khadija is exceptional! Such an amazing person all around. We will absolutely stay again next time we’re in Rabat.
