I give 10 stars for this beautiful hotel location,service & wonderful staff Thanks for everything 2 nights was amazing to stay . Abdulla Al Alami

The location is good, and the room is clean. However, it’s mid-April and the air conditioning is not working 😕 It was very hot during the night inside the room . When we asked about it, we were told that only the heating is available at the moment and it cannot be changed. Also, we are only entitled to one bottle of water per dayfor twi people ,otherwise, we have to pay 7 euros for additional water. Very disappointed.

Renovation makes this hotel even better...breakfast includes everything local and international...arrived there with a group from Greece for travel agency Xehorista Taxidia Litsa Zafeiri

They took a philosophical approach to the renovations; the hotel needs it; it looks old and not very clean in places. Someday it will sparkle again. But why are there problems with the process? They gave us the keys at 3:00 PM, we went up, but the room wasn't ready; it was being cleaned. In the evening, the maid came in without knocking. Why is it organized like this?
