THE ROOM KEYS OPEN ALL THE ROOMS. THE LOCKS DO NOT WORK EITHER!!
My friend requested a hair dryer and the reception told her to use her room key to take one from the room next door. And her key worked! Also, the locks do not work either! The house keeper walked into my room while i was showering! Despite having the door locked she was able to freely walk in! There are no Do Not Disturb signs to hang on the door. There is no chain either.
It is very concerning knowing that anybody staff or guests can walk into my room at any time. Did not feel safe or private at all! Even leaving my belongings in the room while I went out left me uneasy.
The room is full of ants. The fridge doesn’t work. The electricity is very weak, was barely able to charge my phone after a long time waiting. The food offered by the restaurant is not 4-stars. And the AC barely works if at all.
Also it gets very noisy from the street especially on the weekend. The windows are poorly sealed and block no sounds. Definitely not coming back.
No coffee in the room.. we had to ask for a kettle and they brought 1 to us, and now our friends in another room can't get a kettle. There is only 1 for the whole hotel I guess? Breakfast was only okay - you're better off getting a set breakfast at one of the restaurants nearby. Don't eat the weird grey meat...
Dont stay this hotel and nothing likes 4 stars and it is very old and toilet is dirty . Room is small and I stayed here because of On the Go Tours. I will send a complaint to this tour company . To be honest , all this hotels with On the page tour is very bad.
A beautiful hotel on the surface, but we were left dissapointed. You can tell the hotel is getting quite run down and needs a refurbishment.
Bathroom in our room was full of ants. The shower was bad and would also leak all over the floor so would flood the bathroom. Breakfast was average.
Definitely shouldn't be advertised as "4 star"
This hotel has beautiful decor and a great location, but my stay was disappointing. The rooms were dirty, service was poor, and even brown water came from the faucet. It’s clear the hotel is understaffed, which is a shame because it has so much potential. It needs urgent attention to restore its former charm.
