Stayed for a full week with my colleague and we've tried nearly everything. Biggest asset is the staff! Friendly, warm and welcoming, be it reception, security, bar and restaurant staff, everyone is ready to help with a smile! My only little remark is to update all information signs and stickers and add English version. Choukran likoum 🫡
i never stayed here (was advised not to) but i dealt with them for events and oh boy! poor attitude and non responsive staff and lust goes on. 3 star hotels in Asia are way far better and professional than this psuedo-5 star "hotel". 👎
We loved our stay in this tranquil boutique hotel with a beautiful garden, wonderful hammam and a great pool. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the whole place is taken care of and full of flowers and pleasant smells. Service was great all around. The manager helped us with many of our travel plans and requests including an organised private transfer to another city. Highly recommended! Other reviews mentioned noise but we didn’t have any of it (our windows were overlooking the garden).
Beautiful place. In the Medina so we didn't leave at night. Staff is wonderful. We did have a cockroach in our room one day, but probably to be expected with the open courtyard. Stay away from raw tomatoes in salad!
We would not recommend this hotel. The lady who checked us in never cracked a smile and acted like we were bothering her. We had a group dinner that night and the waiters leaned over you so their white robes dragged in your food. I kept trying to get out of the waiters way but each time his butt was right next to to my head! Other people on our tour group said the same thing about the front desk and wait staff. The rooms were a bit run down and thd bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to our stay.
