Helnan Chellah Hotel

It’s comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, you don’t hear the call to prayer in the morning despite the place being located near a mosque. Also located a minute’s walk from a pub.

Run down hotel. Stayed in room 417 it is in obvious need of a revamp. Stayed here on a tour it was a hotel you would describe just for sleeping. Staff were friendly bed was comfortable but room was in poor condition.

I was asked to leave a certain seat in the middle of my meal in the restaurant by female blue shirt staff. This is very impolite and disturbing. If you do not want people sit in designated area, put a “reserve” tab on the table and let your staff team guide your costumers! Having someone random suddenly jump out and chase people out like they are unwelcomed is very concerning. Front desks and concierge are good. Bad internet connection.

Overpriced. 3* at best definitely not 4*. They had warned me that no a/c until 5 May. Breakfast not included. No fridge or water provided. It was quiet, everything worked and staff were ok. Near train station and safe neighbourhood
