JOALI Maldives is an absolute paradise, defined by flawless service and an incredibly vibrant, positive energy. General Manager Shifaz was always available and personally ensured everything went smoothly, making it clear that the resort's wonderful culture starts right from the top. Every touchpoint was spectacular. The arrival experience was flawlessly managed by Airport Manager Sepy, with a special mention to Nau for the warm hospitality at the JOALI airport lounge. On the island, our Jadugar, Asim, looked after us perfectly. The culinary journey is world-class; the Japanese restaurant is a masterpiece... their cod actually beats what I've had at famous restaurants around the world! Alito is doing an incredible job leading the F&B team to unmatched standards. We loved the excellent Kids Club, and our son Taiy had an amazing time (the team even came to find him with a gift before our departure to say a personal goodbye!). The spa treatment was phenomenal, complete with a fantastic sauna, steam room, and a beautiful post-treatment relaxation area on the deck. Don't miss the Ceramic Studio either.... the team there is incredibly helpful, skilled, and service-oriented. If you want luxury with genuine heart, passion, and next-level leadership, this is it. From the moment we arrived, our stay at JOALI Maldives was nothing short of magic. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly private, and offered breathtaking views.The culinary experience is easily one of the best parts of the resort. Every meal, from the incredible breakfasts to the phenomenal dinners at the restaurants (especially the Japanese-themed Soake), was a masterpiece. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Our dedicated Jadugar (Shaante) anticipated our requests, and the housekeeping and F&B teams were always warm, attentive, and discreet. THE BEST ! Highly recommended for anyone seeking an ultra-luxury, restorative island getaway. We cannot wait to return!
I have stayed in multiple resort across Maldives yet both Joali and Joali Being resorts are step ahead in all the aspects. Starting from the transfer process till I left the resort everything was super smooth and the rooms to the restaurant and the multiple wellness spots it's outstanding. Everywhere I went on the island I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and humility. Totally exceeded my expectations.
