Roberto was absolutely amazing. Went the extra mile to make sure everyone on the tour was happy.

It was a very nice tour because it takes you to the furthest touristic places in Quito in one day! (Places that the metro won’t take you) We really liked Roberto, he let us spend the time at those places at our own pace and offered to take lots of pictures of us. We highly recommend this tour with them!
We had a great day on our tour. We were fortunate enough to be the only one on the tour. Marlina was amazing, she gave us plenty of information and history about Quito and took the best photos. She was bright bubbly and a highlight of our day. The cable car was great, there we had hot chocolate with a cracker view but the SWING ! Suck cool photos. Realy enjoyed the next part, the museum, tradition lunch, then ice cream and monument Great local company Picked us up from hotel
We had a great time exploring Quito with Roberto. We were first picked up directly from our hotel (communication by WhatsApp was flawless) by Roberto and his father (excellent driver). From there we first visited the Virgen early in the morning before driving to the cable car and going for a short hike to the "Swing in the clouds". After that we drove to the "Center of the world" where we did a museum tour. We then got some lunch and finally visited the Mitad del Mundo monument. Overall it was a fantastic day well worth it. Roberto is a great and very knowledgable guide.
Enough time to visit. Would make another trip with them.
Roberto and Jorge were soo lovely. Roberto is very informative and was easy going. He took us too a lot of great sites and was very helpful. Would highly recommend to others and would book with them again next time I'm in Ecuador!
Got a private tour. The tour guide charged me twice for 90 minute tour then give me 25% back when I questioned him. Looking back, it wasn’t worth it. It’s just something you have to do but don’t pay more than $30 for it.
We found it very informative and interactive activities. Museum was interesting and great photo opportunities
First we made the full day tour in Quito, Middle of the World, The virgin and câble car. We were very satisfied and then spent another day with Roberto, in Mindo, watching hundreds of hummingbirds and butterflies in the cloud forest and visiting a chocolate factory. Overall, Roberto is a very good guide: He speaks very well English and his explanations are quite clear. We learned a lot of details about Quito’s and Ecuador’s history. He told us also about fauna, flora and traditions. And last but not least, he is a very good and safe driver too! So it was a really worthy experience to discover Quito and Mindo with him. Many thanks Roberto for these two days we spent with you!
It’s a great way to start seeing Quito. We enjoyed all the marvels (science) of being on the equator. Views of Quito at top of cable car- though this can be weather dependent and our guide was really mindful and changed itinerary around so we could cater to the weather to get a good view from the top. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide and driver. Highly recommended!
Our guide was wonderful! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, the history, and indigenous cultures of Ecuador. It was a must do if you visit Quito.
We had an amazing day and would highly recommend it. Johan was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Ecuadorian history and the environment. He explained everything clearly and made the experience engaging without it ever feeling rushed. The stops were fantastic, especially the Middle of the World, the cable car with its incredible views, and El Panecillo. If you are planning a trip to Ecuador, we would recommend spending at least two or three days in Quito to do it justice, and this tour is a perfect way to see some truly memorable sights (would also recommend at least half a day to do another tour to see the old town). Patricio was a brilliant driver and made us feel very safe throughout the day. Overall, a very well organised tour and a wonderful way to experience Quito. Well worth doing while you are in Quito.
Excellent experience. Roberto was very knowledgable, friendly and made a great experience. Great local recommendations.
What a fun day. Roberto was an amazing tour guide. He was full of knowledge about Ecuador and never got tired of answering our many questions. Would highly recommend.
I enjoyed this tour so much. Roberto was a wonderful guide. I came on my first full day, so it was a great way to acquaint myself with the city too. You will also have plenty of time to look at each stop. I highly recommend.
I had an amazing time! First of all, the company and the guide was very responsive even late at night. They do hotel pickup and drop off which was very convenient for a solo traveler like me. The activities were well-paced, and the guide was very personable and patient. I joined a Spanish-speaking group even though my Spanish isn't that great yet, but I understood everything the guide shared to us. The driver was very professional as well and took us to our destinations on time. Isabel, our tour guide, kept the atmosphere light, even when it stormed hard towards the end of our tour, the rain didn't dampen our mood! It was a full, fun day and I highly recommend Isabel and this company!
It is awesome. You get to see three of the most important places in Quito in the most convenient way.
we had to pay 40.00 US dollar to the tour guide to. take us to the place which was not very good. His English was great, the weather was great
My tour guide, Roberto was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was the only person for this group tour so it ended up to be a great private tour. Thank you🙏
Roberto was my guide and he did a fantastic job. The cable car was closed for maintenance but everything was open. He knew a lot about the sites we went to see and was able to answer any questions. His English was excellent.
Not only was the tour very interesting because of certain scientific activities at the Middle of the earth Centre; but made more fabulous because of Roberto, the tour guide. Full marks!!
We can highly recommend you Quilla Tour Ec. We had such a lovely day, man thanks to Roberto! We will book for Sure annähernd Trip with Quilla 🤗
A fantastic day in Quito! Went on a private tour today with my wife and our wonderful guide and driver Roberto. First, we went to El Panecillo, which is on top of a very high hill in Quito overlooking the city and has the iconic Virgen Mary at the top. Incredible statue that we could go inside! Next, we took the Teleférico up a mountain for some more stunning views! It’s a cable car/gondola and we rode with and talked to a young man from Israel who just finished serving in the army and is now traveling to many parts of the world. We LOVE meeting fellow travelers and hearing their stories! At the summit, we got to swing on these big swings that overlook the entire city of Quito and the surrounding mountains/volcanos. Stunning views…so cool! Next, we went to an interactive museum at the equator line. So cool to learn about the equator and also more about the people living in different parts of Ecuador. Check out the pic from my phone of exactly 0°, 0’, 0”. Next, we had lunch and I just HAD to try “cuy”, which is Guinea pig! Yes, that’s right. Wood-fired Guinea pig is a specialty here! 🐹 Check out the pics…pretty crazy! It was actually quite tasty, but very fatty. I figured I’d never get the chance again, so why not? Our final stop was Mitad Del Mundo, which is basically a park right on the equator that has a huge monument and lots of shops and food and entertainment. Cool place to end the tour. Roberto was very professional and kind. An excellent driver and guide! We’d recommend this tour to anyone!
It was a great value for the price; our guide Roberto was very kind, attentive and informative. He made sure to answer any questions that we had and allow time for breaks if needed. Really recommend it
We had one full day to spend in Quito and it was well spent with Roberto. There were only 4 of us, so basically like a private tour and was close to 9 hours long. We saw the highlights of the city with great explanations of everything. Just make sure you bring your passport so you can get it stamped at the equator.
Great tour! Roberto was awesome, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth doing this tour as it's a great way to see the city without the stress of getting there on your own.
I did this tour with the guide, Roberto, and his father was our driver. So sweet to have a father/son duo! This was excellent and well paced out. Roberto was very knowledgeable, and he was happy to be flexible and patient with people in our group. Roberto was also happy to answer any questions we had that he may not have brought up! I did this tour solo and joined a small group of other travelers, and I had a great time. The order my small group did it the other day was El Panecillo, Cable Car/Hike to the Swings at the top of the city, Equator museum, lunch, and finish at Mitad del Mundo. I was expecting to really love the Mitad del Mundo, but the cable car/hike to the swings was my favorite part of the whole day! I also really liked some of the science experiments at the Equator museum! It does specifically state in the description that you have to buy your ticket, so bring some cash for the entrance fees. My only recommendation to make this tour better would be to charge more for the tour, and then have the guide pay the entrance fees for you. I am not scoring them any less for it, but just my thoughts. :-) I did this tour just yesterday on June 21, 2025 so these were the Entrance Fees in June of 2025 (to the best of my memory): -El Panecillo to climb up the internal stairs to the 360-degree view of the city was $1 -The Cable Car was $9 for one person. -The Equator museum was included, I am pretty sure, but don't quote me. -Lunch was reasonable, but it'll depend on what you order. :) -Mitad del Mundo was $5 for adults, but I believe it is only $2.50 if you are 65+. I believe they won't let you use a card at Mitad del Mundo if the charge is under $10. I only scheduled myself one day to explore Quito, and I still felt like I saw a good amount of things, especially for only having one day there.
This was an excellent tour. Roberto was amazing and made the tour so much fun. We enjoyed all the stops on the tour and the activities. Would definitely recommend.
The best it’s the second time I use Roberto he knows all the back roads to beat traffic. I refer all my family and friends amazing
Roberto was an excellent guide. I peppered him with questions about Ecuador all day & he happily answered. Unfortunately it rained so I never got the cable car ride but the view would have been amazing. The Middle of the Earth Museum was fantastic. A highly worthwhile day.
Absolutely phenomenal tour led by Roberto who was great, knowledgeable and attentive. I managed to see so many great sites in Quito in one day, very enjoyable. Roberto took my photos and was a great guide. I would highly recommend this tour, definitely worth it!
I went on the Middle-of-the world tour on April 15 with the amazing guide, Roberto. Even with the TeleferiQo closed for a few days, of which I was advised the day before, the tour was amazing and I would highly recommend! Though I signed up for a group tour, I ended being the only guest. Roberto made me feel comfortable and was extremely engaging on a wide variety of topics as we drove between the various sites (topics including, but not limited to, Ecuadorian agriculture & international economics, in addition to the local attractions). I never felt "rushed" as we explored the different locations. Sufficient time was allotted for each area whilst not feeling as if too much time was allotted - a delicate balance =) (NB: Cable car was closed using abundance of caution due to light weather damage - it is back up and running now)
Great day out in Quito seeing some of the key sights that would be too difficult to see on our own. Our guide Roberto was excellent. Highly recommended if you only have a day in Quito.
The tour was great, there were only two of us so almost private. Guide Misael was super and driver Patricio was also excellent. Highly recommend if you want to see all these top attractions in Quito in one day.
Ploleasant day seeing the sights of Quito. Dalila knew all the details and answered all our questions. Cable car was good. Middle of the earth was interesting and informative. We enjoyed our day.
Roberto was such an engaging person. He was so easy to talk to and happily answered any questions you had about Quito and Ecuador. His knowledge of the places that were visited on the tour was excellent and insightful. I really and truly enjoyed this tour and would do it again in an heartbeat
Amazing trip with many different experiences. Roberto is great guide and took us to many wonderful places. He shared info about history and culture.
I had amazing tour with Roberto to Mitad del Mundo, Teleférico, Panecillo!! He explained well, the car is clean, and taking us to traditional Equador restaurant! He also took nice pictures and generous with time!! Súper recomendó to take the tour with Roberto!! Muchqs gracias! Tengo el mejor momentos!!
My trip with Roberto was amazing! I flew from Boston to visit my Family in Quito and had an amazing life time experience visiting beautiful landmarks like the mitad del mundo and another trip to the Cotopaxi! Really great price for an unforgettable experience
Great tour by Roberto. There were only 3 people so much easier by car. Hotel pick up was on time. The tour was varied from sites to tastes. All very interesting and Roberto was very informative. I really enjoyed my day and the company of the others.
The tour guide spoke English and Spanish which helped us out a lot with understanding more about the culture of Quito as we drove around the area. I am glad I got the opportunity to learn about the city itself while getting a tour of some of the attractions.
Had a great time on this tour, we particularly liked the Equator part and the strange phenomenon. Misa is very knowledgeable and helpful, made our tour a great experience. Cable car was impressive but the altitude of 4000m did cause slight issues, just take it easy.
Roberto was awesome! Very knowledgeable and took us safely all of the city of Quito to see the highlights. Definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful time with Roberto! He was so knowledgeable and took us safely all around the city. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Quito!
All the views were amazing. Roberto was very informative and was able to answer all our questions and give us very cool information.
Our trip to Quito was the most amazing family trip thanks to our guides Roberto and Patricio. From picking us up at the airport to spending a whole week exploring historic Quito, Otavalo, Cotopaxi, Mindo, and more, we felt safe, educated, and in awe of this beautiful country. Our guides were knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to accommodate our requests during the tours. We had an amazing time, enjoyed talking to our guides, and experiencing the Ecuadorian culture. We highly recommend not only going to Ecuador for a family trip, but contacting Roberto and Patricio to guide you through each exciting experience. We will definitely be back to visit and will contact them again for more exciting trips.
Most excellent tour Driver and guide Roberto were terrific and very keen on insights to their city Excellent value for a full day going all around Highly recommend
Misael was a knowledgeable and engaging guide. We walked in the Centro Historico, tasted the excellent chocolate, climbed the tower at the Basilica Nacional, visited the beautiful Pululahua crater and the very touristy Mitad del Mundo. We finished up with a great fruit tasting at a small fruit shop. Misael customised the tour to suit my interests. Excellent experience.
Roberto was able to provide an easy and convenient tour in Quito where you can visit the principal attractive of the city. He allows you to do the hike in teleferico. You see some other beautiful viewpoints as well as local artisan crafts. Roberto is very nice and eager to answer any questions you may have. I can recommend this tour and Roberto's company!
Roberto was absolutely great!!! Me and my family visited Quito after many years and were recommended to Roberto for a big car that can accommodate all of us and for a great tour. The car was clean, well maintain, very comfortable. The tour was amazing!! Roberto took us to all the main sites. He is very knowledgeable and knew the best way to get to each spot. He would give us all the information we needed ahead of time, knew the best spots to go eat, and was very professional, reliable and always on time. We were all very impressed with his service that we hired him twice while on our trip. We know for sure we will reach out again for his services when we visit. You will not regret hiring him.
