Private Transfer From Or To Quito Airport (One Way)

My pickup was perfect. He was waiting on me when I exited the airport. He also took me directly to my out of the way hotel. It was a pleasure.

The pickup driver was reliable and easy to find as he had a sign for me at the arrivals gate. I would recommend for anyone arriving really late.

Our driver did a great job getting us to our hotel from the airport. Our plane came in late and our driver was perfectly on time and very easy to find. He was waiting for us with my name on a sign right after exiting customs. He was friendly, courteous, and his english was good. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Easy pick up from airport to hotel and then hotel to airport. I lost access to my WhatsApp but were able to contact them through the chat to get out pickup time. Cars were clean and drivers were friendly and helped with luggage.

Communication was good and the drive from the airport to Quito was pleasant. Both the driver and the organizer were friendly.

I messaged the tour operator to confirm the pick up time, and was informed it would be 5:20AM in order to be at the airport two hours before our 8AM flight. There was no driver at 5:20AM and I called the tour operator at 5:24AM. No one picked up, so I called an Uber. The Uber and driver arrived at the same time, and the driver told me the pick up time was 5:30AM. So I was forced to cancel the Uber. I do not recommend this service if you are depending to get to the airport - just call an Uber.

Delivered exactly what was promised. Had a sign for us after baggage claim, picked us up on time, got us to hotel.

The Private Transfer we had pre-arranged did not show up for both the arrival transfer from Quito airport to our hotel in the central districit and our return to the airport. No one to call so we ended up using local taxi service.

Easy. Drivers’s partner met us as the exit from customs with a sign. Spoke English. Took our large bags and walked a short distance to the curb. The driver came in less than 5 minutes. No need to walk to the car park. Car was clean and comfortable.

My name was already being held by the driver at arrivals. The car was a small suv (it has a big trunk to fit 2 large suitcase) and it was very clean and smelled good. Great service on arrival in Quito!

Van showed up over 30 minutes late with no communication before or after. I sent a follow up message and still no response. There was no apology from the driver, etc. Take uber....it's half the cost.

I booked transfers to and from the Quito Airport to my hotel in the city center and it was smooth, comfortable and hassle-free. Best part was that it was the same price as taking a taxi, but without any concern of a miscommunication.

There were several things that made this less than the perfect transfer experience. To start, they were picking up several parties, and another person’s name was on the card. After much searching, we started looking for a sign with the company name, and found the gentleman with the Overland Adventure sign. We then waited quite a long time while he tried to make contact with a third party. We were then directed to a van with a very silent driver. He did get us efficiently to our hotel and saw to it that the hotel staff helped us with our baggage. Was it worth paying more than double the cab fare? In this case, I’m not convinced it was.
