Freddie was very friendly, informative & flexible. He drove us to the volcanic crater, middle of the earth centre & the old town. He found a great place with a view for us to have lunch & the last stop was the chocolate experience. Top day. We learnt so much about the culture & lifestyle of Quito from Freddie. Highly recommend

Itinerary
Your tour guide will pick you up at 8:30 a.m. from your hotel, due to the viewpoint of the volcano Pululahua, one of the two inhabited craters in the world. This volcanic complex consists of a main boiler, a central volcano with two craters and the remains of a third party, and several volcanic domes within the caldera located on the edge and outside of it.
Then we head to the Intiñan Museum, geographically located at 0 degrees, 0 minutes and 0 seconds, that marks the division between northern and southern hemispheres as established by the French Geodesic Mission in the eighteenth century, you will see beautiful displays of different ethnic groups in Ecuador, plus the story of their lifestyles, explained by a specialist tour guide!
This is an opportunity to be photographed with both of your feet on the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time! On the way back to Quito, you will see from the road the Equatorial Monument.
In the afternoon you go to the colonial town of Quito, officially considered the first world cultural heritage site (UNESCO 1978). During your walk, you will pass through the Independence Square, scenery of many dramatic battles of revolution in the history of the Republic of Ecuador. And you will have the opportunity to visit the Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace, the Church of the Society of Jesus of Quito, summit of the Latin America Baroque style, the charming neighbourhood of La Ronda, and the Church and Convent of San Francisco, built in 1540. Finally you will enjoy a spectacular view of the city from "El Panecillo" hill.
Then you will be back in your hotel approximately at 3:30 p.m. End of your first fantastic experience in Quito!

Excellent vibes, the guide was friendly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make this experience a success.
A lot of history about the city and lots to see. Carlos was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’d book with him again in a heartbeat. He made the tour fun!
Wonderful day with Miriam . All went perfectly, from pick up to drop off. A real joy to spend time together and tour quito
Fantastic tour! Our guide Ivan was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job telling us all about Quito and the sights we visited. We highly recommend this excursion. Our tour ended up just the two of us. The amount of time was perfect!
Quito’s architecture and unique churches are amazing to see! The history is rich! The center of the world is must to visit.
Our tour guide did a fine job. She was knowledgeable about the history of Quito. The only thing I would have liked different was our lunch. I told her that I would like a local almorzos (lunch) and she took us to a restaurant in the old town.
We had a great day on the Middle of the World tour. The experiments at the equator were fun and fascinating.
I was in Quito Old Town before, but this time I had the opportunity to discover new places I didn't see before. The tour was so flexible, and I told my guide to take me to other places than the ittinerary says... It was fantastic to have somebody to talk with and learned so much. Thank you again!
Excellent. First of two tours we took with this agency. Excellent, personal, just the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, ready to discuss anything. All of our questions were answered graciously and honestly.
Michael was an excellent guide. We only had one day to tour Quito and had a wonderful time visiting the volcano, the equator and the old city.
We went on the private city tour of Quito. We had planned the trip with Luis, but at the last minute he had to cancel due to his anniversary being the same day. He sent us with another guide, Raul, who was very good. We visited both the official and unofficial equator sites, which we interactive, informative and great photo opportunities for the group. We also got great views of the city from the top of the mountain after the cable car ride and spent some time at the Winged Virgin of Quito, the national monument that overlooks the city. Fantastic day at a great value and a cool way to see all the highlights with a limited timeframe. Also, Raul/Luis helped us with coordinating COVID tests with a local clinic as well as picking us up and driving us back to the airport when we came back to the city on our way back to the states. Well above and beyond the call of duty and much appreciated in this time of challenging travel restrictions.
I loved it!! Quito escorted by the best professional. Diana showed us her knowledge of her beautiful city; she was very kind and attentive to our needs and expectations. Highly recommended to visit Quito on this private tour!!
I bought a Quito tour from them MONTHS in advance and the day before, at 5:30pm, when everything was already closing, they canceled the tour on me. Lack of professionalism and ethics, since they were waiting until the last minute to cancel and leave me without a tour. I understand that tours have a minimum, but out of courtesy, they should notify you with more time to look for more options. Cheap turns out expensive!
We had already had the same guide 2 days before, very nice and with whom we had talked a lot about life in Ecuador on the road to OTAVALO. For the city tour and its surroundings, we organized the day based on her advice according to what we wanted to do, it was perfect! Highly recommended.
I went with my parents and in-laws to take a tour of the city of Quito, it was beautiful and we enjoyed it until the last minute! The service is highly recommended and we feel very safe!
This tour was great. First I managed to tour Quito in the double-decker truck, with great photos and explanations of the guides. I had time to stroll downtown and on the Bread roll. After that I was transported to Half the World (around 230pm) in a comfortable van. The trip took around 45 minutes to reach the tourist village around Halfway around the World. Both the round trip was highly educational, as the guide knew Ecuador in depth in its many facets and explained many things about Ecuador, its history and current situation. This tour is unmissable and very worthwhile.
