I spent 2 weeks in Ecuador with Daniel as my guide. We started in Quito, went over over the city. We went to Cotopaxi one day. We went to quilotoa (which was amazing!!) We also did an over night trip to the Amazon. And a overnight trip down to Banos. We were all over. He took care of everything. Even airport pickup and dropoff!! Had an amazing time. I was traveling solo as a female and felt very safe also. Thank you Daniel!!!

Itinerary
Day 1
1
3:30 distance from Quito, we will have breakfast on the way and close to Cotopaxi volcano
Stop on the road where we will have a local complete breakfast, and on a clear day a complete view of the volcanoes around
We should arrive in Baños around lunchtime, so we'll walk around to show you the city, get located, and organize ideas about food, places, and the itinerary. After lunch, we can go to your accommodation, leaving you with the afternoon free to relax or enjoy some independent time, and get ready for dinner and night activities
The best way to get around and climb the mountain will be with the most traditional form of transport, buses called Chivas. We will visit different viewpoints and taste the traditional drink called Canelazo and take very colorful lighting pictures.
Day 2
2
We will start our day at the Swing at the End of the World, where we will have some paths to follow that take us to different viewpoints from the top of the other side of the city, and recreate the famous picture at this swing, with the Tungurahua volcano in the front.
A new no touristy option far from groups of people and lines, we will find calm and a nice walk on a not demanding path
Where we will take a cable car and take pictures from the top of this famous waterfall "Brides veil"
Also known as Pailon del Diablo. A place that we will reach after driving down the way to the jungle. On the way, we will find around 5 waterfalls and spots for taking pictures, also we will take a cable car to the top of one of the waterfalls. As the last stop, the Pailon del Diablo waterfall, where we will walk a trail that takes us to one of the most amazing waterfalls in Ecuador.
Guayaba sweets factory: A quick stop on our way back to Baños to see all the different elaborations of products and try some, with the chance of buying as souvenirs or snacks

Daniel was a super guide, and it was great to see so many incredible waterfalls (the devil's cauldron is epic), and to see different volcanoes en route. We also stopped for a delicious and cheap 'truckers breakfast'. We had a fabulous and sumptuous lunch at the local market too - the fresh juices are awesome - we saw sweets being made, went to the 'Swing at the End of the World', and enjoyed the local punch - it was like mulled wine and very delicious. The local thermal baths were also great Daniel was a gracious, considerate and informative guide throughout. Highly recommended.
Daniel was an amazing guide! This was the first time my friends and I visited Ecuador/South America and Daniel did an amazing job making us all feel welcome. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about Ecuadorian history and culture and a very meticulous and thoughtful guide. As a vegetarian, it’s difficult to find places to eat but Daniel was able to find accommodations easily and really put my needs foremost which I appreciated! The activities he planned for us were excellent and it really felt like we got a true taste of what life in Ecuador is really like. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Daniel was a great tour guide! He was excellent at tailoring the trip to our groups preferences, had an endless supply of local views / activities / food spots he could take us to, and had absolutely no shortage of interesting tidbits to share about anything and everything we saw. Our group unanimously agreed afterwards that without his help, we would've missed out on so many things in Baños. He also felt like he fit right in with the group! Did a great job at matching energy and cracking jokes. Felt more like traveling with a good friend than a tour guide.
Let me just say that it is hard to find someone like Daniel. He doesn't treat his work like just business but he truly cares about his work and it is truly his passion. He is very flexible and easy to work with. He is dependable and trustworthy. We recommend him very, very highly!
Daniel of MufiTours is exceptional! The 4 of us very much enjoyed 3 of his tours: Banos de Agua (overnight), Quito City Tour (full day), and Otavalo (full day). All from Quito. He is a great guide; knows all the cool places to see, stay and eat! Certified Local and National Guide, as well as Heritage. Excellent English. If you go to Otavalo, spend more time in the market! Flexible, accommodating, gracious. Delivered repeatedly on our requesst for local food and bev. Highly recommeded.
Baños de agua santa My opinion is a very touristy city with a very pleasant climate, very hospitable people where you can do many activities such as extreme sports, visit the viewpoints, ride in chivas and an excellent variety of foods, especially at night. It is a very busy city. It is impossible to get bored in addition to enjoying. of its traditional festivals its religious customs
Is an incredible place where there are many tourist attractions, among them and one of the most visited is the Pailon del diablo, you can also carry out activities such as ayoning, rafting, bungee jumping, Bungee Jumping, expeditions, etc.
The experience I had when going to the Holy Water Baths was very exciting since I knew absolutely nothing, it was my first time visiting and witnessing its magnificent views, its exquisite gastronomy, its incredible viewpoints, its attractions in general such as the Pailon del Diablo where We walked a few hours to see a beautiful waterfall, spending 4 days with my friends was very fun since I was not used to living with more people than my family, going out to the bathing center and seeing so many people It was incredible without a doubt some would go again Why didn't we enjoy it enough since it was an academic outing but we still enjoyed it as much as we could and above all we learned a little about the culture there
Baños de Agua Santa, is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations that I have visited since I was able to visit several places with incredible nature, I was also able to go to the adventure center which motivated me to want to practice adventure activities for the next time I return to go.
My opinion about Baños de Agua Santa is that it is very interesting, very nice, very beautiful to do all kinds of adventures, getting to know various places of Baños de Agua Santa, the types of sports that they offer with all the security measures, they offer the best security to tourists and yes. say the food. very good because something new that you try its cultural tradition makes you remember many things and you learn a lot that I highly recommend this place
Daniel was the absolute BEST - confirmed my booking almost immediately and was there waiting for us when we came out of the terminal. Gave us a quick history of Quito on the way to the hotel. We also hired him to take us to Otavalo the next day.
We did three full days of tours with Daniel, including airport pickup and drop off, and the whole experience was wonderful. Ecuador is an amazing country, and Daniel is the perfect person to see it with. He is friendly, knowledgable, funny, and goes out of his way to create a customized, enjoyable experience for his visitors. I was actually really sad to leave when our tour was over! As a female, I always felt safe and comfortable no matter where we were, and we always had a great time! Thank you Daniel for a wonderful experience!
The whole experience was amazing. Daniel had set up an amazing adventure that took us to the village of Misahualli where we took a boat ride up Napo river to an indigenous community where we spent the evening and did the ayahuaska ceremony. Daniel had immense knowledge of the area and community. You could also tell he had a great relationship with the villagers. This was an experience that will be with me for the rest of my life. Daniel incredible at what he does and is a wonderful person to get to know. I would highly recommend booking one of his tours you won't be disappointed.
I have visited Ecuador 2 months ago, when i went to Quito i had a really nice experience with lets go the jungle, Daniel showed me all the nice green areas around Quito, i highly recommend it.
The city is beautiful, with many things and places to see and visit, amazing to spend with family, friends or couple, you don't get bored and have fun
I recommend this tour, bathrooms is amazing, for family, friends, even business. Various activities , spectacular places and very diverse and very rich food. There are a variety of places to stay, eat and have fun, the costs are very varied.
It is a place that has many activities to offer. Being Catholic we went to bless our car with my family. Outside the church there are many food stalls and I recommend the cueritos. You should go visit Baños de Agua Santa
Exceptional guide and driver, attentive to all our needs, we visited the city of Quito, Baños, Misahualli and Tena. Always worried about doing the activities we liked best as a canopy, walking in the jungle, seeing animals and eating worms :-) and that we had a good time. With him you feel safe in the car, in the city and in the jungle. I recommend it to anyone who wants to know Ecuador in a safe but not massed way, we went as a couple.
For foreign travelers it is a unique experience the very friendly bathroom people the nights in the places of excellent fun
