Andres (guide) and Santiago (driver) were truly great. This tour is designed to give you a "taste" of the area. Most people spend at least two nights to do all the activities there. Andres was very knowledgeable of Ecuador. I choose a solo tour, so I could ask lots of questions during the 3 and a half hour drive. He did not disappoint. We talked about the economy, politics, religion, nature, and just about any questions I could think of. We were lucky to have great weather to see the sites. Would recommend to others!
Diego was fantastic! He adjusted the trip to meet our needs! We wanted advenuture so he incorporated bungee jumping and zip lining. He was great, knowledgeable and fun!

I had an amazing full-day tour from Quito to Baños with Cristobal. It was well worth the money! Cristobal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and flexible throughout the entire 12-hour journey. He took the time to tailor the experience to my interests, which made the day feel personal and relaxed. I never felt rushed, and I learned so much along the way. From scenic stops to cultural insights, Cristobal made sure every moment was enjoyable. Pedro was unbelievable! We had an amazing day driving from Quito to Los Banos and he completely understood our vibe and the things that interested us and stayed away from those things that were not for us! We had amazing hikes, took the cable car across the river, walked the suspension bridge, went to all of the waterfalls! We are a couple in our late 50s and allowed me to take my time walking up and down the stairs and was just really attentive to our needs! I would highly recommend him for your visit to Keto. He is adventuresome knowledgeable and speaks excellent English!
The full day to Baños and a upper part of the Amazon tour was incredible. We loved Baños and its Basilica were amazing. We stopped in a local coffee shop and had some coffee and pastries with Pedro who gave us 30 minutes to walk around. Then he took us to the tree house where we swung while Pedro took pictures of us. Then we zipped lined while he took a video of us. He did all this while explaining the flora and fauna. Then we went to a restaurant and had a typical delicious Ecuadorian Trout meal while it rained outside. Then he took us to the bride’s tail of the dress where we went across a river in a car. Once there we hiked for at least 45 minutes through trails with free roaming chickens and dogs while Pedro explained/described the trees, flowers, etc. and gave us some to taste. Then we went back in cable car to the other side and he drove us to the Pailon del Diablo and we hiked and crossed bridges going from the cloud forest to the Amazon forest where the flora changed completely. Pedro wanted us to continue but we asked him to go back as we had seen enough and were exhausted. He obliged us and brought us back to our hotel in Quito.

Thank you to our guide, Veronica, and driver, Santi for a great experience. It was a long day but all worth it. We saw a lot of places like the Machachi Store (Capital of Cowboys or Chagras), Salasaka Market, Pailon del Diablo Waterfall, Manto de la Novia, and Casa del Arbol. We also had a taste of the popular Salcedo ice cream, and lunch at Puntzan Restaurant was yummy! We highly recommend this tour.
Shout out to my tour guide, Pedro, who I give 5*! He was a great guide, always communicating about what to expect, giving tidbits, and checking in to make sure everyone was having a great time and had everything you needed. He had complimentary bottled water and snacks also (I took two tours with Real Dreams and this was exclusive to Pedro) which was a really nice touch for such a long day. He gave the tour personal touches like local snacks and most importantly was really patient with me on the Manto de la Novia hike. Pro tip there - while technically I think it is a short hike distance wise as the description lists, it's extremely steep both ways, in a rainforest microclimate, and slippery after it rains. I didn't realize we'd be going on a strenuous hike and while I had sneakers, they did not have the grip of a running shoe or hiking boot and I'd recommend that you wear the right ones! The 3* review is due to the tour management. A few things happened: one, I had to reach out to them to confirm tour pickup and timing instead them being proactive. Normally I'd write that off as that's usually 50/50 but two, in the description for this tour (see attached photo) it lists "this is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate." But this is NOT a private tour, it's a small group tour. (Hopefully this will be updated by the time you're reading this review). Which was fine, but took me by surprise and when I mentioned to management (including this photo) they were very dismissive and shut down any conversation leaving me feeling like a transaction they were done with.
This was by far my most favourite tour out of the 3 I did whilst in Quito. Pedro was my tour guide, and he was great. Knew exactly what to recommend I do. Was great with taking pics and making vids. Now, I have plenty of great content to post on social media. He was punctual to pick me up, polite, attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about the local history, and was great to chat with. His English was very good, which was a great bonus because, sadly, I don't know any Spanish.

The entire itinerary for Banos is well paced with lots of adventures that are so unique and ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. Jimmy was such a safe and capable driver. I had the most amazing tour ever with Pedro! Baños was an incredible town full of adventure and great food. I HIGHLY recommend choosing this tour company. I am a solo traveler and I felt very comfortable and safe while on this tour. Even had a great time during the three hour car ride chatting and sharing music.
Our guide Pedro and driver Jimmy were a great team. An 11 hour day of spectacular experiences and scenery just flew by. Pedro is SO knowledgeable about the area of Banos, the surrounding areas, the volcanoes and their legends. Conversation was easy and Pedro was very happy to share his knowledge of his country's' culture, language, agriculture, education etc. Pedro took us to a lovely local restaurant where we enjoyed an amazing lunch of whole grilled tilapia and trout. Both Pedro and Jimmy were very generous of their time and energy, they were extremely respectful and very happy to help out with any request making the whole day a wonderful experience. Banos is a GREAT place to experience and interact with nature. I loved the Zip Line, I felt comfortable, received instructions and encouragement to complete this adventure. Call Pedro for your Vacations, Pedro provided details about the area, restaurants, best food, and was hospitable accommodating and flexible on time.
Pedro was absolutely amazing! He picked us up promptly at our hotel and took us on an all day adventure to Baños. He was full of knowledge in the way they’re pointing out historical points as well as facts. I highly recommend this tour for the value and if at all possible ask for Pedro as your tour guide.

Our first time to visit beautiful Ecuador and we chose this tour on day number 1. Pedro was a wonderful guide! We learned so much about the beautiful Country, the people, the culture, the food and much more. We visited Banos via a very comfortable van. Pedro was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. He welcomed our questions and our group of 4 had many. The entire tour was a joy. Lunch was the most delicious grilled trout or tilapia. My mouth waters just thinking about it. This tour is well worth the cost. Loved every minute of it! Highly recommend.
Full day in Baños just amazing! A very nice tour, from the moment you leave Quito you are learning things and seeing places you had not noticed. Pedro, the guide was so very professional, friendly and helpful. All the places we visited were amazing and my favorite part of the tour was going to the Pailon del diablo, the waterfall is huge and going through the narrow rocky caves was quite an adventure. Plus, we had grilled trout for lunch and it was so yummy. I highly recommend this experience with Real Dreams Tour!
I had a wonderful private day tour to Banos with Pedro and Jessica. They really made an effort to ensure I got to see everything I wanted and took me to some of the best spots in Banos. I had an amazing time going to paillon del Diablo, ziplining (superman style), taking the cable car over the waterfall and checking out a couple different swings. If you want an awesome tailored experience, then this is the perfect choice!

Excellent private tour of the highlights of Banos. Our tour guide David was exceptional! He was very in-tuned to what we were intersted in experiencing as visitors to his country. The travel experience with Dreams was very enriching. Pedro, the guide, is very friendly and always willing to help you. In addition, the route we visit offers incredible scenery and all the data that the guide gives you during the journey are very interesting. Visiting the end-of-the-world swing and the Mantle of the Bride waterfall by tare are the most fun part of the tour. The car we travelled in was very comfortable and the food was delicious. It is a tour I recommend 100% with Dreams.
Visitamos Banos num dia chuvoso, quando as montanhas estavam encobertas pelas nuvens. Mesmo assim, foi possível ver que se trata de um local maravilhoso, onde o contato direto com a natureza é marcante, com paisagens marcantes. O Pailon del Diablo foi o lugar que mais gostei. Trata-se de uma cascata espetacular. Destaco a energia de Banos de Água Santa, pois ali pude sentir uma energia imanente muito forte, própria dos lugares onde ocorrem coisas extraordinárias, como viagens astrais, curas e milagres. Se Deus permitir, pretendo voltar a Banos daqui a alguns anos. Apenas fiquei triste por não poder avistar o vulcão Tungurahua.
