Sheraton Quito Hotel

Amazing hotel! The hotel installations are amazing everything is very new and comfortable. The club on the 10th floor is very good amazing breakfast and very good dinner (could have a little more vegetarian options) The rooms on the 10th floor are a little noisy due to the proximity of the kitchen and lounge, if you have light sleep, recommend a different floor. MIreya on the club is an amazing person! She was so helpful during my stay. Always with a great smile, always there to help . She is the reason I will always stay in the Sheraton QUITO! Highly recommended hotel

Spent 2 nights here.1 The location is excellent for solo travelers. The hotel is directly across from a shopping mall and a large supermarket, and the tourist sightseeing bus stop is just a block away. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even in the evening. Nice spacious room and good variety at breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, Hashi Nikkei, was very disappointing. The service fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel restaurant. Communication was difficult due to the staff's limited English proficiency. After placing my order, I waited nearly 20 minutes before realizing my drinks had never been served. When I told the server, only my gin and tonic was brought, and my sparkling water was forgotten until I asked a second time. When my ramen arrived, I realized the portion was much bigger than expected. Since I was dining alone, I asked whether my spicy roll could be canceled if it had not yet been prepared. The roll wasn't served until about 20 minutes later, so it appeared it hadn't been made at the time of my request. I understand that I was the one who placed the order, but I would have appreciated it if the server had advised me that I was ordering too much food for one person. More disappointing was the food quality. The pork in the ramen was smellyl, and both the fish and sashimi were not fresh. Even the sashimi was served without soy sauce, which I had to request separately. Throughout the meal, I repeatedly had to ask for items that should have been provided - my drinks, my water, and even soy sauce. Despite this, a mandatory 10% service charge was added to the bill. While the amount itself was not that much, I don't believe the level of service justified any service charge. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Quito for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast - but not dining at Hashi Nikkei. You're better off walking across the street, where you'll find several restaurants for better options.

This is a well-located hotel in the heart of Quito, making it a convenient base for exploring the city or attending business meetings. Its central location provides easy access to many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and commercial areas. The hotel itself does not appear to be particularly new, but it is well maintained and offers a comfortable stay. While some parts of the property may show their age, the overall experience is positive and the facilities are perfectly adequate for both short and longer visits. One of the highlights is the size of the rooms. The accommodations are spacious and provide plenty of room to relax, which is always appreciated after a day of sightseeing or work. The only thing I felt was missing was a bathtub. The bathroom was functional and clean, but having a bathtub would have made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, this is a good hotel in a convenient location. The spacious rooms and central setting make it a solid choice for visitors to Quito, even if some of the facilities are a little dated.

Had a wonderful stay at this Sheraton. Phenomenal breakfast & quiet room with good AC. Excellent gym with a beautiful view, too. Only room for improvement was that one of the windows in my upgraded room had a blind that did not close, so though dim achieving full blackout effect was difficult. Would happily stay here again.
