Nh Collection Quito Royal

Though the hotel is a little dated and the Sauna was not in service when we were there, the staff more than made up for it. Giovanny, Gabriel and Elvia were super helpful during our stay. Additionally the breakfast was delicious including the local dishes they had. Thank you for a memorable time.

The Hotel was very good and the breakfast was awesome. Really fueled us up for the day. We finished staying on three separate occasions over a 2 week period and so tried our three different rooms on two different floors. Location was excellent with a number of bars and restaurants near by and easy Taxi/Uber to everywhere in Quito. Without exception th estaff were veryt friendly and helpful but I would like to pick out Natilia Yandun. Natalia was extremly helpful negotiating with Iberia to get my Bag back that Iberia had lost. This was quite stressful for us but she made several phone long calls on our behalf. She was, without doubt, the reason we got our bag back in time for our trip.

I spent 4 nights here. Clean, elegant, excellent bed, everything functions as it should, they accommodated my request to check out at 8 pm (for a fee). The rate via the NH call center is quite higher than dealing directly with the hotel

6-22-26 Did three nights in room 1403. Per the date above, we've been in Peru and Ecuador the last two week up to our stay. Frankly this was the best hotel overall among the six hotels we've stayed in during that span. Room 1403 is two full beds. Comfy. Like the one long pillow on each bed since I am a side sleeper. See below for more details on the room. The lobby is a great lounge area with tables, chairs, and couches. Saw folks playing cards etc. Near the lobby is a bar area with TVs. World Cup is currently happening so folks are partaking. The complimentary breakfast is superb. Omelet station, countless breads and pastries, yogurts, cheeses, perhaps 10 hot dishes and soups, and drink options. Varied to the max. Wifi is excellent and several outlets, charging ports, etc. We hired the taxis out front and they basically drove us around and waited wherever we drove to at $10 per hour. They were awesome.
