Jw Marriott Quito

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the JW Marriott Quito. The service is definitely outstanding . Their service at every point : front desk, restaurants , spa and room cleaning service was top notch. We know that when we come back to Quito, this is the place where we will stay again. Thank you and can’t wait to stay here again.

I am writing this review to call out exemplary service by the JW Marriott Quito concierge team. I shipped some dive equipment back home after my diving trip to Galapagos as I planned to continue on my trip to few countries in South America. The concierge team helped ensure the luggage was picked up by the shipping agent since I've left Quito before the scheduled pick up time. Furthermore, when the luggage was returned due to some requirement issues, the concierge team helped me resolve the issue remotely and ensured the luggage was successfully picked up for delivery the second time. Throughout this time the concierge team extended great courtesy and went above and beyond to help out a guest in need.

Excellent hotel with top quality service- highly recommended. Rooms are very nice and in excellent condition. They also have heat, which is somewhat rare here. The club executive lounge is excellent, except that they don’t have real butter. The Lurpak spread is half canola oil. Raices and Fogo de Chao are both excellent! Botanica buffet is good to very good, but I believe they have the same butter problem. The gym is excellent and even has cold towels! The only downside is there aren’t many stores and restaurants in safe walking distance.

Incredible service and staff, beautiful hotel in a super convenient location to everything downtown! The rooms are very spacious and clean, and there was always fresh flowers and beautiful decor around every corner. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed our multi-day stay. Taxis easy to get straight from hotel, and walking distance to many things. Highly recommend!
