Staff are excellent and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend. We stayed for one night prior to an early flight. One small noise issue from the AC in the corridor and they fixed it right away. Thanks EB Hotel.

Our family stayed at the hotel Euro Building in Quito May 2026 and give the hotel our highest recommendation. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff however is what sets this hotel apart. Every staff person is so kind and so helpful. It was my daughter’s birthday on the day we were there and one of the staff called to the room and told me they noticed it was her birthday and asked if we could let them know when we were coming down for dinner. They set up a table with a very special birthday celebration for her. She was so excited! The kindness and hospitality here will always remembered and I would encourage anyone visiting Quito to stay at the Euro Building Hotel.

This hotel is not your average airport hotel. It’s way above average. Where to begin: airport pick up smooth. They wait at arrivals with a sign with your name. Front desk staff - welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bar - Herman the bartender is a true professional and makes a mean Negroni. Breakfast - freshly made omelettes and eggs, full buffet with everything. We didn’t use pool or hot tub as it was cold out but they looked lovely. Highly recommend if you need to be near the airport and have some extra time to spend relaxing. It’s about 45 mins to the city and since we only had one full day, the hotel got us a great driver who took us to the highlight.

Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Every space reflects a high standard of quality and comfort, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant, where the food was outstanding—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only regret we have is not being able to spend more time in such a fantastic hotel. We would highly recommend EB Hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality stay in Quito.
