Had a wonderful experience at the Bathhouse Spa. Really enjoyed going between the cold, warm and hot pools. Sauna/steam and communal spaces were well looked after and a quiet space a real joy to use. Louise and her team were really lovely and as a solo traveller made me feel so welcome. I rejuvenated

Highly recommend if you need muscle recovery or a simply deep sleep the following night. With calming scents and sounds to accompany the variety of pools and saunas. 90 minutes was perfect for my partner and I, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great experience at Bathhouse. I've been to a few similar facilities with saunas and cold plunge pools, and I rate Bathhouse to be up there in my experience. The facilities were clean, well laid out and plenty of room to move around. The tea and water were a nice touch and something other places don't have. Also, the use of 2+ towels if needed.

The Bathhouse was perfect for a day of R&R following days of skiing! I booked the 90 min session and really enjoyed the ability to choose between spending time in the sauna, steam room and various-temped pools. Strongly recommended - you will leave feeling like a million dollars! Got me in the holiday feels and looking forward to returning.

There were three types of sauna, I usually am not a big fan of sauna but the steam sauna was really good, temparture was set at 45 degrees which is comfy for ppl like me Although it’s not a private room, the lightning was chic and so no need to worry about others, could enjoy me time. Maybe it’d be great if you can put a shoe rack somewhere as I was not sure where should I take off my shoes at first, overall it was a great experience

Lovely welcome, great changing rooms and lockers with lots of space. Nice teas to start the session, and more available in the bathhouse. Changing rooms are upstairs, coming back down to the bathhouse in just swimmers and a towel felt a bit exposed, and the steps were a bit uncomfortable on my feet. Bathhouse is made up of a relaxing series of saunas and pools and showers. A small area, easy to navigate and unlimited access to go between the different areas. Some headrests would have made the pools more relaxing.

We booked a night session after a long day on the slopes and it definitely helped with our recovery afterwards! The facility is clean and well designed, and we were free to rotate between each section (sauna, steam room, plunge pools) at our own pace. They had a great hydration station nearby to rest in between, with delicious soothing herbal teas and fresh hot & cold water. By the end of the session we were fully relaxed and ready for bed! A must for anyone needing a bit of rejuvenation after a long day.

Such a serene experience. The vibe as soon as you walk in is blissful. The scent in the air, the warm atmosphere and dim lighting is perfect. I love having the option of a hot pool to soak in and also a sauna. The steam room is beautiful with incredible scent of eucalyptus. Highly recommend for a deeply relaxing experience :)

I have been twice to the Bathhouse at Queenstown, both 90 minute sessions. A very luxe and special place to visit, a great unwind at the end of the day. I sipped on many cups of included refreshing herbal teas between using the steam room, IR sauna, Finnish sauna, hot soaks and cold plunges. Unlimited towels and locker provided at no extra cost. Beautiful and calming environment. First time I went with my daughter, second time solo. A discount was provided for multi persons. Great after a day ski or hike. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely and relaxing experience at the Bathhouse, with great teas and Sans Ceuticals products!! We went for the 90 minute option, but definitely could've stayed much longer. We went at 10:30am and it was quite busy, so next time we will probably go at a quieter time.

Highly recommended⭐️ We went with my friend after a few days snowboarding.. it was the best idea, came out feeling brand new and so relaxed! Facilities are being constantly cleaned, towels replaced, and the staff are very friendly. We will come back!

The bathhouse is a beautiful experience and definitely worth a visit. The change rooms are a little small when busy but the products used (Sans) are one of my favourites. A great activity after a day on the slopes or just a day enjoying Queenstown. Your body will thank you

A must do when visiting Queenstown. I recently visited with a friend from out of town, and we had a fantastic time. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the whole experience felt like the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed after a day's drive! Out of body experiences, the combination of all the different pools & the sauna was bliss. Usually I opt for the steam room, however I didn't use as much as everything else was divine.

Had a great experience at the 60 Minute spa experience. It was not overcrowded, and the price was reasonable. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Best for a day of relaxing after a busy day in Queenstown day!

It was like a Roman bath experience. We enjoyed especially sauna and cold plunge. Depends on when you visit, it may be bit busy but still relaxing atmosphere. Different kinds of herb tea is also available during session.

Super Serene. I went midday, midweek. There was myself and one other. Steam Room & Infared Sauna and Dry Sauna available aswell as a hot and cold plunge experience. (If you're brave enough!) Would definitely go again. 60 minute experience which is plenty of time to comfortably move around the Bathhouse. Tea was an added bonus!

loved this place, super welcoming and had an awesome time going through all the different rooms and pools they had to offer. Just a note that if you’re going with a group, it is hard to keep voice low or to a whisper for others, so it’s definitely not a chat and pool session. For the red infused sauna they had 2 rooms for this and could only fit about 2 people in each room but people do tend to hog these rooms or wait outside and stare at you until you are finished so that’s why I didn’t give this a 5 star. But overall amazing for a couple to get out of the freezing weather in Queenstown !

Absolutely loved my spa/ sauna at The Bathhouse - my second visit and will definitely be back. Have tried all the saunas and spas in Queenstown and love this one the best as the best quality experience (appreciate there is no view but in terms of amazing sauna / infrared / spa) it is definitely the best. Lovely bathroom/change area and high end wash/shampoo

Loved this place it was so quite, tranquil, peaceful, I loved and tried everything, the steam room, the infared sauna, the ice bath, and both spa pools.. I walked about feeling so refreshed and de stressed .. truly an amazing place , I will defiantly be back next time I am in Queenstown. 10/10

Amazing ! Very clean and focused on quiet, relaxing sauna experience. Really enjoyed every facility...steam room, infer red sauna, traditional sauna, hot and cold pools.. Felt very welcome and comfortable. Definitely a luxury experience at an affordable price! Looking forward to returning..felt revitalized and so relaxed after our time at The Bathhouse
