Queenstown 30-minute Kawarau River Jet Boat Ride With Music

Was really looking foward to the trip but was canvelled with only 30 minutes notice and no real option to rebook. Cancelled as they didnt fill the boat , seriously pissed

Prepare for fast action and lots of fun. And you’ll get wet! Our departure point was moved to Frankton Marina due to high winds in Queenstown; turned out to be a great move since we had more time on the river!

We had a great time, friendly & helpful staff, fun captain, felt safe the entire time … exhilarating ride. Would love to do again, if we’re in Queenstown again.

So friendly, efficient and incredibly accommodating. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Our jet boat driver, Mitch, was awesome! He was great fun and an absolute thrill seeker behind the wheel. The ride was exciting, fast and full of adrenaline, and he made the whole experience so much fun! What an incredible adventure! We had the best time and honestly could have done it over and over again. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Super awesome ride in an impossibly beautiful location; truly quintessential Queenstown experience! Pedro was great; very skilled driver, made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Playlist was 🔥🔥 also. The 30 mins FLEW by; could have easily done the hour.

Even after confirmation of payment and a seat for the Jet Boat Adventure, no clear instructions of where to meet. The address stated there was a very broad area, and we had to go around asking. The jet boat ride of 30mins is about right, because after the first few minutes, the rest of the trip is quite the same. I must say the boat driver tried her best to hype things up a bit, but after a while, there is just so much you can do.

We did this ride for the first time. Initially we were kind of nervous but once we got settled and enjoyed the ride.

Super convenient location in the centre of Queenstown and really fun! Our captain Chris was a hoot, his playlist was excellent (great vibe for high speed shenanigans) and the whole experience was amazing. Boat was comfortable and very fast.

amazing experience, would defiantly do it again but the tripadvisor website had the default currency for the price was in usd and i didn't know till after i brought it and when i tried to change it to nzd it was very hard to change and it wasn't working. good views. staff was very good, helped us get in and out of the boat.

If you're interested in a complete sensory overload experience, then this is the ticket for you! From the loud music, exhiliarating speed, great scenery, wind in your hair and face and the anticipation for the next on water "spin"... what's there not to like... The assistants in the check in were terrific when I had a minor issue with a quick upgrade to a 1 hour trip... fantastic customer service! Lastly, if you can try and get Pedro as your driver. You won't regret it!

Disappointing as there is no fallback re poor weather. Our trip was in the rain and travelling nearly 100km/hr it made for a very uncomfortable time for both of us. Put simply the rain stings both your eyes and face. You virtually have to keep your eyes closed and hide your face behind your hands. The only bright point, I’m glad I didn’t have to endure the 60min trip and $.

The boat drivers are very experienced and do their best to get your heart pumping. A fun time was had by all!

Very fun trip. The boat was fast and our driver was really good at spinning. Great soundtrack on the boat too (if you like rock and roll). Arrive early enough to find parking and walk to the wharf.

Very good vey beautiful fun experience was.enjoy my kids alot. I will recommend to do everyone. Its very enjoyable and thrill.

Wear a spray jacket and be prepared to get wet. Don't wear your hat and watch your driver for their signal they're going to do a 360. Matt was our driver and he was very cool. Made the ride even more enjoyable.

The 30min Jet boat ride was a great taster and intro to the world of jet boating. Our guide was friendly, interactive and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
