My first skydiving experience (9.000ft) exceeded all my expectations! Skydiving had been on my bucket list since childhood, so this day meant a lot to me. My instructor, Andrew, explained everything clearly, and I felt completely comfortable and safe with him! He captured so many amazing photos and videos, both during freefall and under the parachute. The feeling of falling and then being so smoothly and safely carried by the parachute was simply indescribable. I absolutely loved every second of it, and my only regret is not having done it much sooner! The atmosphere at the check-in and at the dropzone was very relaxed, so I never really had a chance to get nervous beforehand. There was a fairly long wait at the dropzone (over an hour), but it actually gave me plenty of time to get familiar with everything at my own pace. I could watch the other groups getting ready, taking off, and eventually returning with their parachutes open, and even browse the merch shop for a bit. At first, I was a little disappointed that the "Ultimate Combo" photo&video package wasn't available, presumably because there were no professional photographers on site that day. However, I have to say that, looking back, I'm still really happy with the photos and videos captured by the GoPro mounted on Andrew's wrist! I've come away with some incredibly cool memories. The whole experience couldn't have been better! I will definitely be jumping again. Without a doubt, this was the best thing I've ever done in my life! A huge thank you to the entire team - to everyone who prepared the skydiving experience so well, helped with getting geared up etc., and especially to my instructor Andrew and to Anthony (my boyfriend's instructor)! Thank you so much for this incredible experience - it has enriched my life :-)

Great experience I’ve been skydiving 3 times this was definitely the best. It takes about 3 hours that’s very normal for a skydive. Views are amazing. Shuttle buses are a little inconvenient on timing dive to the facility if you are able to but if not the shuttle is perfect if you don’t have a car.

I had an incredible experience doing the 15,000 ft skydive with Chris as my birthday adventure.From the moment we met, Chris was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The skydive itself was absolutely incredible. The freefall was such an adrenaline rush and the views were amazing. Chris made the whole experience so much fun while making sure I felt safe the entire time. A huge shoutout to the rest of the team too. It was such an incredible experience and the perfect way to spend my last day before getting a year older! Being able to tick off the very top item on my bucket list was unforgettable, and NZONE Skydive made it all possible. NZone were professional and made clear all the safety requirements for making the jump safe and fun. I jumped with my two sons and they both had a blast … they are thinking of doing a course to go solo now! Lima was my instructor. He was clear with his instructions, fun and gave a great aerial tour on decent. I definitely recommend NZone as an amazing way to see the beauty of Queenstown with the adrenaline to add!

I did the 8:00 AM skydive session with NZone in Queenstown on May 4th, and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Huge thanks to my instructor Tim! Tim was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly from the very beginning. He guided me through everything clearly and made me feel completely safe and relaxed before the jump. During the skydive, he even showed me how to spin at high speed in the sky — it was such an exciting and amazing feeling! He also did an excellent job with the photos and video. The pictures and footage turned out absolutely gorgeous, and I’m so happy to have these memories captured so perfectly. An excellent experience with my skydiving instructor Lima. He explained every detailed procedure clearly in advance, which brought me a strong sense of security throughout the whole experience. Lima is extremely patient, trustworthy and professional. He is good at finding great camera angles to take photos, and all the shots look fantastic and perfect. Amazing, easy, fun, well organized! First time skydiving with an amazing view. The saying go big or go home, do the 15,000 ft longer air time and incredible experience skydiving then a paragliding view. 100% safe and fun!

After all the health and safety checks have been completed the real action began. After being geared up the plane ride to the jump takes about 15 mins which was a good ride with views of the lake and mt remarkable ranges. The jump it self takes about 5 mins till you reach the ground. I had a good instructor who made me feel calm. The free fall is so quick it finished before I could take it all in and the landing was so smooth.

Nzone Skydive was amazing, staff were extremely effecient and made me go from feeling very nervous to feeling extremely excited. My tandem partner was just so fantastic, reassuring and pointed out some cool locations. Anybody doing a skydive, I would highly recommend 15000ft, so well worth it.

The best. I had a great fun doing skydiving here. Staff was very nice and my instructor was very supportive which made the whole experience great. I am not scared of heights anymore. Most do experience once or maybe many times in life.

The experience was amazing overall, and the view was spectacular! The only downside was that i felt dizzy during the free fall because we were turning left and right often (though that might just be personal preference). Instructor was there throughout the experience, and while the process felt independent, everything went smoothly in the end.

This was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I went with my girlfriend, they kept us together in the same jumping group, were super helpful, and made us feel so safe! It was such an amazing experience and everything from the beginning to the end was truly 100/10. Super easy process, straightforward, and they ease your nerves if you have any. Didn't get to Jump. I am 65 years young & quite fit for my age. 18months ago I suffered a HA, a close call. This year my fiancee, as a surprised, bought online a tandem jump voucher with NZONE Queenstown. So on NZone's web page, you click on BOOK NOW, then you SCROLL down & under Conditions there are only 3 things listed: 1:If you are 95kgs or over please refer to our FAQ page 2:The minimum weight is 40kg/88lbs and all passengers must be big enough to fit safely into the harness 3:Minimum age is 6 years old. Other conditions may apply for children. Please refer to our FAQ page for full details Below is the only reference to pre existing (with NO time limit) or existing medical conditions. - Medical Conditions: NZONE must be notified prior to the jump date of any pre-existing or existing medical conditions, injuries or illnesses. You will also be asked when you check in and may require an assessment from our Safety Officer. Medical conditions which could affect the customer’s safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive. If required, bring a medical certificate with you from your doctor confirming you are okay to participate in a skydive. Please advise NZONE if you are taking prescription medication. It is our obligation to inform you that if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms or blocked sinuses on the day of your skydive, it may potentially lead to further health complications during or after your jump, and we urge you to proceed with caution. So does pre existing incude my knee reconstruction from 25 years ago? By my own volition I notified them of the heart attack I suffered 18 months ago. They stated I need clearence from my Dr, then a review by their medical team before I could jump. All done and booked a date, however my Cardio specialist advised not to jump so I cancelled the date. I then sought a refund from NZONE as I wasn't coming back tio NZ anytime soon & I could not transfer it. They kept referring to the terms & conditions. So their entire website only refers to the 3 previously mentioned things. Their T&Cs do make reference to Medical conditions but does not specifically identify any scenario let alone serious ones eg Heart coindtions. Long story short we sought a refund & got a deny deny deny then 6 weeks further on all further corrospondence was just ignored. It seems once they have your money they are not much interested in anything else. My advice is if you want do this with this company then talk to them in person and ask all the Qs to ensure clarity. I further suggest NZONE tidy up their website and T&Cs & be more specific given this is a significant sport

Weather cancels more trips than actually depart. Good luck but don’t count on it.

It was really awesome. We enjoyed every bit of the experience and it was well worth the money. Also, the photos and videos we got afterwards were amazing. I went with my 13-year-old son and we both had a blast. I would highly recommend it, and would definitely do it again!

Very good experience! Only one hiccup was the experience getting delayed 2-3 times due to weather and a long 1-1.5 hr wait time at the base, otherwise the overall experience was amazing.

My family of 4 booked the tandem skyjump from 12000 feet and it was one of the best adventure experiences for us. Booking on the Viator website was easy. We were lucky with the weather and were able to do the skyjump on the scheduled day (just got delayed by 30 minutes). The positives - The skyjump tandem instructors are knowledgeable and they make every effort to ease our fears. They gave easy and clear instructions and video recorded the entire experience. We felt safe and comfortable to do the jump despite being our first time ever. The skyjump location in Queenstown is breathtaking with a beautiful view of the mountains, the lake and the greenery all around. Things that can be improved - The debrief can be given at the sky jump location itself instead of insisting us to visit their store in downtown for 30 minutes and then heading to the dropzone. The debrief video itself can be posted on the website for all the jumpers to view before hand and avoid waiting time. The price of the video recording can be reduced especially when compared to the jump itself. All in all still a worthy adventure experience that anyone visiting Queenstown must do.

I never imagined I’d go skydiving—but I gathered some courage and went for it! NZone manages the entire experience with absolute professionalism. The instructors are true experts and make you feel completely at ease. If you’re on the fence, just do it. The feeling after the jump and landing is incredible. Honestly, it’s only uncomfortable for about 20 seconds, and once the parachute opens, it becomes peaceful, with stunning views all around. It’s an unforgettable experience. Go for it! 🪂

Nzone Skydive is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had in my lifetime! First of all, I would like to thank the manager Alex for being so accommodating with the circumstances that we had in regards to our flight and the cancellations, and without him we wouldn't have been to even do the skydive in the first place. Additionally, I would like to thank my tandem, Lima! He was an amazing instructor and was hyping me up the whole way! This is a must do in Queenstown and a once in a lifetime experience! Incredible family activity with nice infrastructure, experienced coaches and feeling reassured all the way

It was a very good experience. Me and my daughters took 12,000 feet dive and my wife took 9,000 feet dive. Personally I don't feel a difference between 9k and 12k fall (It is a matter of few additional seconds of fall but a huge difference on the cost). The staff in NZone were very friendly and it was a smooth and safe jump for all of us.
