This was an awesome experience, my ride along instructor Steve was an excellent tutor and made the drive an experience to remember. The only downside was I was left wanting more! Highly recommend doing this when in Cromwell.
We booked multiple experiences, the team contacted us ahead of time, made all the bookings work for us. On the day the driving instructors were fantastic, working with all of us despite different levels of experience and skill. All the staff made our day one of the reason we keep coming back here
So glad I did this. I was a bit nervous to start with, but my confidence grew thanks to Steve who was patient and guided and encouraged me around the track. A fantastic experience that will definitely put a smile on your face.

Paul was such a great instructor and by the final lap I’d really gotten into the feel of it. This was something I booked on the day at the centre (it was quite) as I’d been discouraged from booking the experience online due to the min height requirement (165 cm I’m 152 cm). Happy I asked about it. The drive was such a buzz and I would love to do it again some time.
Recommend to anyone to book the U-Drive experience! It’s well worth the cost! Exhilarating!! Toilets with a view are great! Go-Karts are awesome! Coffee was delicious
The mustang is a bit of a pig but still fun trying out a new track. Great facility with lots to do or just sit and watch from the cafe. Excellent instructor. Go for the extra laps if you can as 7 is barely enough to get up to speed.
Highland Park is a MUSTDO for everyone, even if your not a petrol head. There is something for everyone to do. Clean, spacious facilities, even a loo with a view , quite stunning. ALL the staff were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The racetrack is spellbinding. The surroundings are just beautiful. We loved our Highland Park experience.
I spent the day at Highlands, started with the u-drive V8 Mustang and what a great experience, the pro driver Paul was great. Great team at the go karts, whole family enjoyed the karts. Steve took us out in the Porsche taxi and that was just amazing, fantastic 2 laps. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Can't recommend Highlands any higher, we had a great relaxing day at this world class facility.
Driving, great staff from the counter as you walk in to the drivers who take you. Great place. Well looked after . Felt at ease with Tony (driver).
Amazing experience! Extremely satisfying to flow through the circuit after a few laps of learning it, especially exiting the hairpin before the long straight. The engine sound, sensation of speed, and nailing a good racing line add up to a pure thrill. My instructor Andrew was great. I felt he struck the balance between making sure I was driving safely and allowing (and encouraging!) me to push the car close to its limit perfectly.
The whole experience was awesome!! Professional set up, with friendly reception team and Steve was Exceptional!! Loved every minute of it!! The Loo with a view is so cool too!! I will be back!! LOVED It!!
Peter who was my mentor for the experience - rekindled my "petrolhead' youth. I have driven on small oval speedway and frankly I am speed demon/Thank you for rekindling my agape love for motorsport and the comradery.. My dream has always been to drive a Mustang at speed around racetrack. ( I am a Ford person) Thank you all for allowing me to live my dream... :}
What a day! Such a cool experience driving the Mustang around the track. I felt so safe with Paul's guidance and had a blast, very very cool experience. I also did the ferrari fast lap, loved it!
My husband was buzzing this experience! He was feeling unmotivated after doing all the drving and I thought to give him the adrenalin shot and so he got in it and came out of Mustang with full energy!! Tip: take your phone with you and record the entire ride! Not sure if I am willing to do it myself but its absolute fun!

Awesome - partner loved it. Staff were awesome and so helpful. Can't fault them. Didn't do the museum as was too expensive after already paying to do the u-drive. Would be cool if you could get cheap museum access if you'd paid for an experience or something. All and all awesome though.
Wow!! What an awesome experience. All the staff from the drivers to the cafe were all friendly and helpful. We were there at the end of the day and the cafe staff served us even though they were closing up. Definitely recommend for families of all ages!!
had a total blast at Highlands , I did the you drive Mustang , the must fun you can have with your clothes on . Damion The Instructor was great , he let me lose on the Mustang , Might have got a wee bit sideways at one point. Then most of our party went on the Go carts , almost as much fun as the Muzzy. I have to say a Big thanks to Heather on the front Desk . She is a star of Highlands, she work with our large group and Did it well , Thanks so much Heather.
