Wouldnt stay here again. I booked a “executive king suite” through a 3rd party app) and ended up in a executive studio room. I rang reception to correct this but they said it was the correct room which was incorrect. The room had a good view and a washer and dryer but there was NO housekeeping (supposed to be) and a overall average atmosphere and parking can be a pain. In our studio, the room was worn, holes by the window and carpet lifting and the shower curtain was too high so water went on half of the bathroom floor.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was lovely and very tidy. Location was perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood, close to bus stop and airport a 20 min walk away. Having a supermarket nearby was very handy too.
Great location a short walk from the airport, supermarket and ski bus stop. This hotel offers really good value for a ski-oriented trip, as you are only 20-30mins from bus from The Remarkables ski area. The hotel itself is pretty modern - just be aware that rooms are only serviced on the 3rd day of your stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to the airport and many other attractions. Waking up to the beautiful snow-capped mountains each morning was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and met our expectations with no complaints. A couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better: * At check-in, it would be helpful if reception informed guests that rooms are not serviced daily, and that housekeeping can be arranged upon request. * It would also be good to ensure shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are topped up before guests arrive. We simply asked, and they were promptly provided. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When I requested shower gel, the young housekeeping staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) also offered us fresh towels and later helped by taking away our rubbish when we asked. His friendly attitude is greatly appreciated. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because of some of the negative reviews I had read. However, our experience was the complete opposite. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely return.
Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. The walls need a proper clean and re paint. There were scuff marks all over them and when I looked closer you could see dirt and what looked like spilled coffee. The toilet had staining on the bowl. Bed was comfortable. The smallest hotel bathroom I’ve come across in New Zealand. My partner and I stayed one night. Check out was at 10am but housekeeping came at 8:43 am to clean the room. Overall it’s a fine hotel but not worth the price and shouldn’t be 4 stars. Would be alright to stay one night if travelling through the area (it is close to the airport) but wouldn’t recommend a long stay here.
