Queenstown is a 2-minute drive or 25 minutes' walk away. All modern apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, a log fireplace and a balcony. The private bathrooms each feature a spa bath. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and CD/DVD players. Each includes a private courtyard with BBQ facilities. Spinnaker Bay - Lakeview Apartments are a 10-minute drive from the airport. There is a golf club across the lake. Coronet Peak is a 25-minute drive away and The Remarkables ski area is a 35-minute drive away. We offer free parking, including one enclosed garage for two-bedroom apartments and two carports for three-bedroom apartments. Please note that the garages are narrow, so large vehicles are not recommended.

What a spot. 2 couples and we had U15 with amazing views of the lake. Very spacious and well decked out. Beds were king and very comfortable. We had 1 bedroom made up as 2 king singles and I asked if it could be made in to a king double and it was no problems and done within an hour. Lovely ladies doing the housekeeping. It was 20 mins walk to Queenstown with a few hills but nothing too bad. We used it as a base for 5 days. Great water saving toilet. Can’t understand why there isn’t more of them. Perfect place to stay. 👌
Great apartment , glorious lake front location with incredible views from all the rooms. Direct access from the apartment to the trail by the lake. Beautiful 20 minutes walk to town attractions. Spacious and bright , very well kept interiors.
We have just spent a week at Spinnaker Bay Apartments #8 - it was a lovely apartment was it worth the money still deciding! The amenities provided were very good and everything you needed to stay was there but the King size bed was dreadful - so hard and desperately needed to be replaced. Also the downstairs TV was very small and needs updating. The hand rail on the stairs was coming loose and needed maintenance, the bathrooms although clean need to be updated - the toilets had obviously been replaced and the tiling behind is plain white doesn’t match the cream. It would also have been brilliant if there was a way to put a powder room upstairs.
The driveway is a nightmare - stayed here before and forgot how dangerous it is.
Also on a side note, it’s such a shame that Queenstown has exploded in size, cramming in housing and accomodation virtually on top of one another.
Also, the jets landing and taking off, jet boats non stop and of course the jet skis - if you want a quiet holiday go elsewhere. Queenstown in general is also expensive so be prepared.

Had a great stay with my family. Breathtaking views and great hospitality. The house was cleaned thoroughly and we were provided with everything we need. Overall, we had a good experience! However, the washing machine is a little outdated
The two bedroom apartment was a fantastic base to catch the last of the spring snow. Easy walking distance to town and close to a bus stop. The apartment was warm, with plenty of firewood available for the wood heater (there were also lots of other heaters, including in the drying room downstairs). The kitchen was fully equipped and it was good to have a washing machine and dryer too. The internal stairs are quite narrow and may be challenging for some to haul their luggage upstairs. Overall a fantastic stay and I am sad about no longer waking up to the stunning lake view.
