Easy pick up of keys after hours. Really close to the city center and the views were good. Unfortunately, looks like it won't be too long they'll be covered by a new construction in front of them. Not a fault of their own though. Really friendly staff too when checking out. Highly recommend this place to stay when in Queenstown.

A simple, clean and comfortable place to stay in Queenstown! What I loved most was the lovely service and convenient location. The team knew we were here for our honeymoon and also celebrating my husband's birthday, and they prepared a little surprise for us ❤️ It was such a thoughtful touch and we really appreciated it! The location was great too — it's only about a 10-minute walk to Queenstown CBD. Parking in town can be a bit tricky, so being able to leave the car and simply walk into town was really convenient. It's also right by the lake, which makes it lovely for a relaxing walk and enjoying the beautiful Queenstown scenery. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay and especially appreciated the warm hospitality. Would happily stay here again! 🏔️❤️
Great place to stay a short 10 min walk to central town. Lovely rooms, great views, parking spaces and right on the bus route from the airport.
Upon arrival we were greeted in the carpark by a worker who advised "collect your key from the after hours box". We opened the box (no code needed) and their were another 3 room keys in there with guest names. This is unsafe. We arrived into the room, which we found was nice and spacious, with plenty of space. The cons of the room, there was black mould on the bottom of the curtains, and the bath didnt hold water, and no air-conditioning in room, instead there was a small plastic desk fan. room was serviced daily, however he cleaner just pulled up the bed sheets (didnt properly make the beds) and never replenished any body soaps or bath towels etc. The day we were checking out, we arrived at reception to leave our bags as we had a late flight. We rang the doorbell at reception several times before a staff member arrived from the upstairs room in his pyjamas and opened the door for us to store our luggage in his lounge room (as he lives on site). The room was filled with a strong curry smell and boxes of mini soaps and shampoo for the rooms all over the floor which we needed to dodge around which was quite uncomfortable. Upon returning to collect our bags, we had noticed the reception was unmanned again, and were ringing the bell for 15min. Could not locate anyone. We then found the staff member who was actually the one cleaning the room also, and this is when we realised the reception worker who lives on site, is also the cleaner. He opened the lounge room for us to collect the bags, which we realised the curry smell was now stuck in our suitcases which is disgusting. Other than that the hotel is in a decent location with a 10min walk to downtown. Carpark is a struggle as no designated lines and can barely fit cars in and out when parking. Good for a 1-2 night stay. But personally wouldn't stay again.
My sister and I had a fabulous time in Queenstown. This motel is run by very thoughtful people - we went to Te Anau for a night and we were able to store our luggage for the night. They even moved it into our new room as we were getting in late. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet.
