Amazing hotel! We stayed here for our honeymoon & received such a warm welcome & surprise gift on arrival. The staff are all so friendly & honestly, the hospitality we encountered was consistent across all staff members - which is very rare to come across! I especially loved the surprise little gifts in the evenings, the tasty treats in the lobby & the optional shuttle into town (though it is a short flat walk!). Thank you QT for helping make our honeymoon so exceptional!
Outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional, and the nightly turndown service was a really nice touch. The rotating food and drink tastings in the lobby throughout the day were also such a great touch and made the stay feel that little bit more special. The shuttle service was incredibly handy for getting around. Couldn’t fault our experience - we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.
What an amazing hotel! Exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were amazing and so helpful which is what really stood out. The room was fantastic with such a great view. The shuttle bus service was super handy and our overall stay was excellent. We will be back and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
From start to finish everything was perfect. Every encounter with an employee left us feeling valued. Always smiling, always greeting even if just passing by. Every need we had was met. We had our room upgraded complimentary due to the renovations. Anthony went above and beyond, more than we could have thought of! Arranged private airport shuttles, secondary accommodation covered due to renovations. The little pleasantry items left in the room between cleans and on arrival are a magic touch. This hotel experience truly made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. I could go on about the views overlooking the lake whilst you eat, the views from our room, the quality of the food. If you are tossing up between hotels or where to stay, this place is flawless. I highly recommend staying with QT. Once again a big shout out to Anthony for everything he did, can't wait to come back here on the next trip!
From the outset, QT Queenstown was amazing. From the warm welcome on arrival to the consistently friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay, everything made us feel genuinely looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning styling and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxed at the same time. One of the standout touches was the complimentary snacks and drinks available in reception 24 hours a day. It seems simple, but it really adds to the experience and makes you feel welcome every time you come back to the hotel or head out for the day. The team always greeted us with a smile, creating a level of hospitality that is becoming harder to find. The Bazaar breakfast was fantastic each morning, with fresh, high-quality options catered to everyone. Plenty of variety and a really enjoyable way to start the day. The nightly turn-down service was another classy touch. Each evening there was something small and thoughtful waiting in the room, which added a personal feel and elevated the whole stay. It’s the attention to detail at QT that really sets it apart. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. A must-stay in Queenstown and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
