⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Amity Queenstown during our stay in April 2026 with 20 of our young football players from Patagonia FC Football Academy. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, the location was perfect, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Travelling with a large group of children isn't always easy, but Amity Lodge made our stay comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We loved it so much that we're already planning to return in 2027! A huge thank you to the Amity team for such a wonderful experience. 100% recommended! We can't wait to come back! – Patagonia FC Football Academy

updates 24th July, 2026: The "Pay Less Stay More" project is no longer serviced but still available for bookings for 2027. The project has same rate as Flexi rate but non-refundable. MORE, so called breakfast served will not include any food only if you argue with the landlord. Then, they will say the breakfast will be offered due to goodwill like I'm begging for it. What do we get to STAY MORE? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I’ve booked a room for three nights including continental breakfast. However, I’m told that the breakfast will not include any food but only milk and coffee will be provided.
Rated 4 but in reality quality and service is less than 3 star. For the two days I've been here, rooms were not cleaned at all so daily cleaning doesn't happen. Wifi is unreliable and ineffective so watching Tv and satellite channels is a frustrating process. There are long waiting periods at reception and they are not helpful. They do not provide everything advertised like hairdryers, irons, coffee makers, room service or electric blankets. If arriving early, even after making arrangements, there is no seating area or toilets in reception when waiting for rooms to become available. The only positive is the heating is functional.
Rooms were are not cleaned or maintained well. Carpet was littered with stains everywhere. Kitchen cupboards had loads of chips out of them. Bathroom floor was sticky and found hairs that were not ours. This room we stayed in was obviously built many years ago and rarely if ever maintained.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. Ujay, the manager, was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and cosy, and the location is perfect, close to the town centre. We would happily recommend this place and it will definitely be our first choice whenever we stay in Queenstown again.
