First class service. Car was ready, quickly accesible, and Sylvie was a rock star helping load our mountain of luggage and my mom’s walker. Definitely recommend!

Lots of early communication with the host company before we left which was appreciated. Driver was on time and easily spotted at luggage claim. Only issue was that we were dropped off at the wrong Marriott hotel and had to pay for a taxi to get us to the correct one. Double check your address when you get in.

Great way to quickly and comfortably get from the airport to your hotel. Our driver, Naima, contacted us before our arrival to provide us information regarding our pickup, and was right there when we arrived. She was very professional and engaging answering our questions about Quebec. Our car, a Lincoln Navigator, was like new, clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this transfer service from the airport into Quebec if you want a guarantee you'll reach your destination. We were originally supposed to land at 10:12 p.m., but with two flights delayed, I texted the company to let them know we weren't sure what time we'd arrive. With more than an hour's delay, we were delighted to see our driver cheerfully waiting for us. The Lincoln Navigator was comfortable with complimentary water bottles, and our driver gave us many restaurant suggestions on the way into town. More expensive than a taxi, yes, but worth it for peace of mind.

Thankfully, they waited because our plane was late. The gentleman helped us with our luggage into the car.He also helped us with our luggage into the building.He was fabulous would that work

I had an appointment that I need to make a few hours after my flight was scheduled to land but i was concerned about getting car service in a new city/country so i bookef this service. I ended up over estimated how long it would take to go through customs in Quebec city (by over 1.5 hours). I texted my contact and they contacted the driver. The driver was actually near the airport and arrived very quickly, so quickly I was still sitting and having a coffee so the driver met me, took my bags and told me that whenever I was ready to come outside to the car. He was incredibly friendly and got me to the hotel quickly with no fuss. So nice!

Giles was very much a gentleman and welcomed us to Quebec warmly when he picked us up at the airport. He drove us around our hotel area as a bonus! After a rough day of travel it was so nice not to have to figure out how to get to our hotel.

The fellow was very nice. We didn't expect a fellow in a suit and a very nice car! We felt like the rich and famous! We were picked up at a hotel. It would be nice if Viator were a bit clearer about where the pickup point was exactly since there were 2 sides from which we could be picked up. Fortunately, the young lady at the front desk was aware that the hotel was a pickup point and was able to give me the information I needed. When the driver arrived, we received a text letting us know, so we knew when to head to the pickup point. The trip was very smooth after that.

Our driver, Isabelle, was fabulous. She was already waiting for us at baggage claim when we arrived. It was late at night so the travel time to our hostel was done in record time. She was personable, had water waiting for us, was a safe driver, and had a great sense of humor. What a great welcome to Quebec City. Thank you!

This company has been great to work with. They sent text messages regularly before arrival to confirm details. Gilles was waiting with a sign when we finished customs, was extremely kind and helpful, and shared about the city. The vehicle was large, spacious, clean, and water waiting for each passenger. My wife and I used this transfer service twice-from the airport to out hotel on o7/29 and back to Quebec airport on 08/02. It could not have gone better. We had the same driver Gilles on both ways. He was perfectly on time-waiting at the airport on 07/29- arriving about 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time on 08/02. He could not have been more solicitous about our needs and comfort or more charming when he apologized about his English. Trust me it was much better than the more limited French of my wife and myself. All in all I would definitely We would definitely recommend booking with YQB Airport Transfer.

Moderate amount of walking - also had a hard time finding the point of departure -we were on foot and maps was not accurate but they helped us find it - guide was conpetejt and friendly- she accommodated our diverse group- not much was said about the indigenous people which could be further integrated into her perspective. Thanks!

Isabella was ready for us as soon as we got out of customs. Helped us load all our luggage in the SUV. When we found out we got to the wrong door of the hotel, she helped with all our luggage and walked to the right door and up the stairs. Would definitely book again the next time we are in Quebec City.

Our flight arrived early, and because I had Greygory's cell phone, I was able to alert him of our early arrival. He was waiting for us as soon as we obtained our luggage, and his vehicle was right outside the terminal. He told us a few highlights of the area and where to get some yummy poutine! Having never arrived at the Québec airport I was unclear where arrivals are met . While waiting at the baggage claim carousal I could see our driver, Isabel, holding an IPad with my name ! Was able to wave to her through the glass doors as we waited for our luggage . She was very pleasant , professional and friendly as she transported us to our hotel, telling us a little about the city . We had arranged a tour for the next day and she was our driver as well ! Isabel was excellent and we enjoyed our time with her ! Though I' m not opposed to group tours , having a private personable driver was a wonderful experience ! If we ever return to Québec will definitely request Isabel!
