Small-group Sightseeing Tour Of Montreal

The N-Tour in-depth tour (around 7 hours) is a wonderful way to explore Montreal, from its charming outskirts to the main highlights of Old Montreal. Our experience was made truly special by our guide, Mounir, whose knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the city made every stop fascinating. His stories and insights brought the sights to life. We enjoyed our visit to Montreal. The guide and size of the group (6 people) allowed us to have easy interaction as we discovered the city. The view from highest point of Montreal (Mt Royal) provides a great overview of the expanse of the city. It’s an amazing city…

We enjoyed our tour guide, Harold. He was very knowledgeable about the city, friendly, and accommodating. One problem that bothered us immediately was the smell of cigarette smoke in the van. Also, other participants in our group had limited mobility so that slowed us down. They were lovely people, I just don’t think they understood that one needed to be in fairly good shape for this tour in order to get in and out of the van and move about the Oratorio Of St Joseph.

Very interesting way to see many parts of Montreal. Our guide, Harold, was very informative and enjoyable. This was especially appropriate for individuals with reduced mobility.

This is a great way to see a lot of Montreal. We’re in town early for a cruise. This is a great way to get in a lot of sites, in a short amount of time. Fran was our guide, she was very knowledgeable and made it enjoyable. We were finished on time and able to walk the old part of the city in the afternoon. Great tour!

Very well organized and enlightening tour of Montreal. We went to the St. Joseph’s Oratory which was the highlight of our trip.

This is a full day (finish at 4) very well planned tour of Toronto. You hit the worthwhile large sites and then get to visit the wonderful arty and hip neighborhoods with a stop at the most famous bagel bakery. Our guide Fran was wonderful. We signed up thinking 3 hours but we wouldn’t miss any of the stops.

This was a wonderful half-day tour on a rainy, misty day. We were 8 passengers in a van that had large windows. We did the half day whereas others did the full day. Our guide was Jules and he was very knowledgeable and engaged with us. I highly recommend this tour!

Fran ( Françoise ) was an excellent tour guide. Knowledgeable, accommodating, personable, patient. Several visitors had some mobility issues, she helped us and did not rush. It was easy to hear ( she used a head microphone, even though we were only 8), gave clear directions where to meet up, when we separated. Well worth the price.

Jules picked up at our old Montreal hôtel which was very nice. It was a group of only 8 people so that was great. Jules has lived in Montréal his whole life so he’s well acquainted to tell his guests about his city. He showed us many sights around the city. We got a good overview of the city. He told us many interesting facts.

Personal friends that drove us and planned a full day itinerary. We had only driven through or around Montreal. It seemed so daunting to do it on our own. We loved our experience but it was because of the security knowing they could navigate the complexity of this city

Harald was so knowledgeable and so fun! He was really proud to share stories and information about Montreal. He knew just how much time to spend at each location so as not to bore us but managed to impart so much knowledge. We didn’t want the to tour to end! Harald made us laugh until we cried, especially when he was trying to enter the wrong vehicle!

Harrold was a friendly and welcoming guide. We took the 1/2 day tour expressly for the visit to St Joseph’s Oratory and we were not disappointed.

We took the tour to get a first impression of Montreal. Our guide Harald startet the tour with a general introduction about the history of Montreal, especially the old town. From there we drove by van through different parts of the City where Harald showed us different historic Buildings, Churches and Parks. The Highlight of the tour was the visit of the St. Joseph’s Oratory and Basilica .At the end of the tour we took a short stroll to a fantastic view point which gave us the total view over the City. Harald was the perfect guide who made this tour with his knowledge and humor an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Too much St. Joseph's Oratory, not enough old town Montreal.

Fran was our amazing tour guide! We were so excited to go on this full-day tour. We got to eat delicious bagels and experience the entire city. We would not have been able to do this without Fran's expert experience of the city. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to our needs. Pickup and drop off was seamless. Would highly recommend to first-time travelers to the city!

Harold was an excellent tour guide and sprinkled in lots of fun facts in with the historical teaching. St Joseph's Oratory tour was very special and we had lots of time to learn all about the building construction. I would highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the highlights of Montreal!

The sightseeing tour was a very good mix of bus and walking experience. Content was perfect for a city tour experience. Harold our guide was fantastic very knowledgeable.

Hareld was terrific. We had a wonderful time with him in our tour. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother in law, brother in law and my husband. We all loved Hareld. He knew a lot about the history and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend the tour.

The driving tour was a perfect way to explore Montreal on a frigid day. Our guide Fran was very knowledgeable about the history of Montreal. She accommodated us by picking us up from our hotel and took us to areas we wouldn’t have otherwise been able to visit. We made a few stops where we could take great photos.

Very informative tour in a comfortable van. We only had 8 people, so it wasn’t crowded. Not sure providing the right name for our tour person—Fern/Farn, but she was lovely and took her time in providing us with information about what we were seeing. Very enjoyable 3 hours.

the tour kept us busy and our tour guide was excellent but compared to most other cities we have visited just didn't have that much of interest to offer. A very nice city but no especially interesting. Considering that it was over priced too.
