Before even arriving, the team displayed their customer service expertise when I contacted them to explain I made a mistake in my booking. Not only were they timely in their response and able to fix my error, but they did so with an emphasis in customer service. The driver and car were waiting for my party at baggage claim. We asked a lot of question as we were excited about trip. He was informative, friendly, and provided some great recommendations on activities and venues. Would strongly suggest this service! Thanks!

Richard met us in the baggage claim area, (he was there even before our luggage arrived( with a sign with my name on it, helped get our luggage to the SUV, which was conveniently parked right outside just a few steps from the door, and drove us to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Friendly, professional and well-dressed driver. Additionally, I needed to correspond with the company about upgrading to a larger vehicle because the two of us had 4 checked bags, and about possibly needing to reschedule because we had a tight flight connection due to a delay in our first flight. Each time, they responded quickly and politely. Would definitely use this company again if we come back to Quebec City.

The driver was given the wrong name. When we arrived at 1 AM and retrieved our luggage there was only one driver standing with a different name. After every one left the lone driver was still there and we approached him and found he had the correct order for us but was given the wrong name sign. It all worked out in the end
