Private Transfer From Quebec City To Yqb Airport

Confirm your passenger list! We ended up with large van for just 2 people. Need to check if I was charged for it.

Wonderful experience by our driver. He was professional, courteous and punctual as we had a 6:00 a.m. departure to the airport from our hotel. The vehicle was new and extremely clean.

Driver was excellent, was waiting for us at the hotel for pick up, and quickly helped us with our bags!

This driver/gentleman was early, gracious, knowledgeable and very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed being in his vehicle with a large window roof as well

Excellent transportation to Quebec City from the airport. Driver was prompt, patient, responsive and knowledgeable. We are so glad we did not need to navigate this transport ourselves and felt at ease and comfortable at all times.

Always on time,, even at 3am. You can never be sure that a pickup will be on time. Not only is Viatot always on time but ahead of time on some instances.

Gentleman was very professional in look and service. Arrive promptly and helped us with our luggage. Vehicle was very clean. Very easy way to get to airport with set schedule

Was told by Isabelle that our driver would meet us in the port terminal, however he (Bob) never walked by the entrance or entered the terminal. After reaching out inquiring his whereabouts, were we informed he was outside in a different area. Port security would not permit us to exit the terminal until our driver arrived or had a solid arrival time. A different driver walked by multiple times with another party’s name, so why could our driver not make this minimal attempt. It is important to provide accurate information to patrons when booking.

The driver arrived early, was ready for us as we disembarked and provided an unexpected short tour along the river on the way to the airport. The vehicle as immaculate. Stephen was excellent.

Her English was very good. She is an excellent driver. She was good company. Answered all of our questions. She made the drive very pleasant and relaxing. Also she was there a bit early, but not too early. I’m sorry that I have forgotten her name.

On time, great communication, nice clean vehicles and courteous drivers. Furry knowledgeable about the history of Quebec city.

Pick up at our hotel was very unorganized, our driver contacted me 13 min late for our airport transfer. She was waiting inside, we were outside waiting by Valet. A text should have been sent by the driver as soon as she arrived.

Driver was very professional, on time and drove very nice. I have used Viator before and have never been disappointed.

Driver was at hotel on time. She was wonderful and very informative. It was a very pleasant transfer.

Amazing driver and service! Highly recommend! The vehicle was so clean and the driver was so friendly! Very professional and the best car service I’ve had to date.

Our driver, Robert was a joy at the early time of 4am. He was early, such a relief! He was very informative of what to expect in the Quebec airport. Many many thanks!

Arranged for a ride from the Quebec City Port Cruise Terminal. Pierre provided a safe and professional ride in a brand new Cadillac Lyriq. He met us at the terminal with a printed sign and whisked us off to the airport. With no traffic (Sunday morning) it took about 25 minutes. We had requested a "Luxury Sedan". The price was reasonable. An all-around great experience. Would highly recommend.

We had a very early flight and didn’t want to risk getting a taxi or Uber at 4 am. Our driver was very prompt and efficient. Communication was good and we were met in the lobby of our hotel before scheduled time. Highly recommended!

I had booked the wrong month in and when I realized what I had done only 3hrs earlier I could not change the date so didn’t use the service….

I booked this company multiple times over the span of a few days to take our wedding guests to and from the airport. They were so professional and quick to respond to last minute flight changes. Would definitely book them again if I’m ever back in Quebec City.

Company was very friendly and responsive with communication regarding pick up time. Driver was professional.

The driver very friendly and helpful 👍🏻 he was there on time and ready to help with the laugage . Recommendations from us.

Our driver was 15min before the requested time so with no rush we were picked in front of our hotel and taken to the airport with sufficient trunk space for our big luggage.

Wonderful! No worries about getting to the airport on time. The Lyriq was sweet too, as was the driver. Thank you!

Our driver was on time and waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel. He was extremely efficient and helpful with our luggage and all our paraphernalia! He was interesting and pointed out interesting sites we hadn’t seen during our stay. One thing I really appreciated is if he didn’t know the answer to a question about an area, he said so and didn’t pretend he did. Great transfer.

Excellent service. Driver was on time, had a beautiful, clean car and we had sparkling conversation on the way. Highly recommend.
