I made airport transport arrangements in advance from our hotel in Old Montreal, and the booking and payment process went smoothly at first. Unfortunately, the pickup location was repeatedly zoned as downtown Montreal instead of Old Montreal. The fare difference was only $6.80, but neither Viator nor the car company could correct it. For six days leading up to the transfer, I received daily texts/emails from both Viator and the provider, and I spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve the issue. Just hours before pickup, I was advised to cancel and rebook. Given the poor experience, I chose not to rebook—but when I attempted to cancel as instructed, I was told I was past the cancellation window. In the end, I had to take a taxi and did not use the service. I’m now hoping for a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that so much time was wasted over a $6.80 zoning error that neither party could fix. This experience left me with little confidence in the reliability of Viator’s transfer coordination.

Absolutely perfect transfer. Driver arrived in beautiful SUV earlier than the appointed time, communication with dispatch was flawless, very professional.

Driver sat outside 15 min. till the valet checked to see if he was my ride. I was waiting outside with my luggage inside with my friend. The ride to the airport was fine.

Family of 3. Booked this prior to departing from the states. Choice this option because of vehicle size and the amount of luggage we had. The driver was well dressed and groomed, the vehicle very clean inside and out and 4 pieces of luggage fit . Note taxis have a flat rate and Ubers are prevalent, but I wanted piece of mind. Highly recommend

Had a pre-booked/prepaid vehicle for pickup hotel Delta Montreal to P.E. Trudeau airport. Driver vehicle 88 was on time, despite road closers everywhere. We arrived at airport in 20 mins. On the way to airport driver was rude and bullied us. Driver keep saying should take you back to hotel because of mobility device. Kept saying need a bigger vehicle. If I take you back you will miss your flight.(mobility device is 50 lbs, size of child’s stroller) It fit nicely in the suburban. Driver kept referring to an extra charge of $45.00. Conversation was always referring to traffic closers and should take you back to hotel because of mobility device. Upon arrival driver demanded an extra the $45.00 cash. We refused to pay cash said we would pay by credit card. Driver tried to bully to pay cash said what if he didn’t have a machine. Most expense airport transfer ever. Worse experience ever!,

7 days ago I made a journey to the city of Montreal where I was welcomed by one of your drivers and taken to a beautiful hotel and then just yesterday morning I was picked up by a wonderful gentleman who spoke to me about the city and sent me off happy

I had three vehicles booked for 11 travelers. Flight arrived late. Drivers said had to pay extra $160 PER CAR for waiting time. Already it took one hour for them to show up and then argue on the sidewalk with them. Then, the drivers had the audacity to ask each client for a tip.

Because of the horror stories about check in delays at Tyne airport, moved up the departure time by 30 minutes (from 600am to 530am) for a 900am flight. Drivers of three cars were prompt and friendly. Lines were fiercely long going through bag security check and customs that took about 2 hours at Montreal airport. Save yourself some anxiety and go early to the airport

<p>Driver was not aware the Port of Montreal was not in the downtown location. He indicated an additional 20 would be appreciated because of the additional distance. We feel any driver in their fleet should be aware of the location of the port, especially since we had given the location to the booking agent with Viator. Pickup was for 9:00 am but driver did not show up until 9:15.</p>

<p>It could have been a great experience except that our driver from the airport to our hotel made us pay $20...$10 for parking, as he claimed, and $10 for tip. We were shocked to have been charged for more money since we prepaid for our ride. Being hassled is a bad experience for tourist like us. We didn't say anything and just handed him the $20...maybe he need it more than we do. This kind of people will ruin a business. On the other hand, the driver that took us from our hotel to the airport was so prompt and polite. He didn't ask for anything so we tipped him $20.</p>

The wait was less than five minutes after collecting our baggage. <br/> Had to pay $13.50 in tolls which are not included in the price. Having to pay the tolls is well documented in the instructions. This was not a surprise. The amount was.<br/> Overall, no issues.</p>

Nunca me recogieron, les pedí del Aeropuerto de Montreal al hotel Me dijeron que ya habían hablado con el conductor, pues salía la reserva a la inversa y nunca se presentaron en el aeropuerto por lo cual tuve que tomar un taxi para llegar al hotel Espero me reembolsen mi dinero

Atento el servicio sin embargo al dejarnos en el aeropuerto me comentó que su JEFE le dijo que nos pidiera propina! Ya tendrian que incluirla en el costo final!
