The driver was very professional and efficient getting us from the airport to our hotel. We were greeted right after baggage claim and went directly to a lovely vehicle. We weren't sure if he would be able to get us close to the hotel, as it's on a very small cobblestone street. He not only got us right up to the door but carried my luggage up the steps and into the entry. A terrific experience.

Unfortunately the vehicle was too small for 5 members of our family and luggage. So very disappointed in the company as the driver said you’ll have to get a taxi for the rest of your family. We payed over $200 for this transfer. I will be fighting to get my taxi fair reimbursed.
