Fantastic day out to immerse ourselves into the culture and history of Ottawa. From the changing of the guard ceremony to the historic buildings and seat of government our guide tailored our trip to suit our interests and time available. We certainly appreciated the planning and commentary to deliver everything we could possibly hope.

I spent a great day at Otawa. The city is definedly worth a visit. The guide Sorinel is very pleasant company, knowledgeable, friendly and a good driver. Highly recommended.

It's a scenic and relaxing drive from Montreal to Ottawa. The highlights of Ottawa are easily walkable, the historic buildings are lovely and the cafes for lunch are plentiful.

The sights we saw would be very easy to see in your own I felt for the price there was very little substance Our guide was great but there were no entries open to parliament which I think should be warned up front

An amazing way to explore Ottawa if you don't plan to stay overnight. My guide, Sorinel, was very accommodating and provided insightful commentary about the city. We saw the major landmarks as well as explored the inside of the Senate building. We were even treated to a lecture about Canadian government as well as judicial processes in Canada. My guide then allowed me to explore the area for around 2 hours freely, which was plenty. Overall an exceptional tour. 10 out of 10.

Driver was on time for the pick up, polite and respectful. Bottle of water offered. Was a good guide, knows the places. But the Senate can’t be visited, and I knew it because I’ve asked… Only House of Commons and Byward Market were visited. I’m not satisfied of that because I’ve paid for a tour of 3 different places not for 2. Should be cheaper then and ask for a partial refund.

This was a special tour that only included my wife and I. I felt that our guide had a very good plan for how we should spend our day. Granted it was a several hour drive from Montréal to Ottawa, but it was very pleasant. Once in the city, we saw a quite a bit in the central Parliament Hill area. I felt I saw what it I wanted to see in the city for a one day visit. It even included a visit into the house of parliament chambers, which was very special.

Everything worked very well from beginning to end. Picked up on time at the hotel and arrived in Ottawa just over two hours later. It didn’t stop raining all day but even so Ottawa is still a must when visiting Ontario / Quebec. The guide had organized tickets for the tour of the Senate which we hadn’t expected and was extremely interesting. It was definitely worth paying the extra to have a private tour. Would certainly recommend !!

Chris was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Ottawa and made the tour interesting and fun. Our tour occurred during the tulip festival. Tulips were everywhere and were spectacular! We highly recommend this tour.

Great city with some marvellous buildings and streets, enjoyed the market area too, Chris was a great guide and made the visit very easy for us.

Chatting with our driver/guide, Chris was the highlight of the day. Otherwise, due to poor weather, the death of Queen Elizabeth, and the renovation of the Parliament Buildings, there was not much to do or see in Ottawa.

Our tour was planned perfectly from pick up time to end of tour! Would highly recommend Gankor tour as he was well read about Ottawa and it’s surroundings. Request for Chris

My husband and I went on a private day trip to Ottawa with driver Chris. We are walkers so our trip was customized to different areas in Ottawa.If you are looking to explore and learn a little history, this tour is for you.

When Chris showed us the Rideau Falls and Rideau River. The drive was smooth and relaxing. He was very informative and friendly. :)

Due to the dismal weather with heavy rain we only really did a driving tour with a stop at Byward Markets & a tour of the House of Commons. Chris our driver & tour guide was friendly knowledgeable & provided great customer service

Nos dio la sorpresa de una estupenda experiencia inmersiva para que pudieramos conocer la historia del Parlamento y su arquitectura interior al no poder entrar a verlo directamente por ser día laborable; cómo disfrutamos!! Nos mostró los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad, nos explicó su historia y nos dio tiempo libre para comer y recorrer la zona del market. Repetiríamos sin duda experiencia y guía. Y lo recomendamos!

El tiempo en la ciudad es muy poco y no me parecio justo que no avisen desde que compras el tour que el parlamento y el senado estarán cerrados. Deberían avisar desde el principio que esos edificios estarán cerrados para que tu cambies de día tu visita o sepas que solo darás una vuelta por los jardines y el merdado, para después regresar. A mi parecer la información base del tour está incompleta.
