Mont Tremblant Private Day Tour From Montreal

We were picked up at our hotel in a timely manner and driven to Mt Tremblant. During our 1.5 hour drive we were given information about the site and its environs. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and was a very pleasant person to spend the day with. We will most certainly recommend this trip. The natural beauty is amazing! You can tailor trip to your ability and your likes. Weather will play a factor but since it is individualized you can change your activities as needed.

Casual tour, with some minor hiking, shopping and cuisine (crepes). 1 hr boat tour of the lake. Travel very tolerable. Beautiful scenery and world class ski village reminiscent of Vail on a slightly smaller scale. Lots of rental and golf/ tennis resorts for followup. Weather fortunately not an issue until the end. Sorrel was an excellent and fascinating guide, experienced and engaging.

Our tour guide was wonderful. Informative, friendly, patient. Mount Tremblant had its first snow which was beautiful. Most of the stores were closed prior to ski season opening. I would love to visit again prior to snow to see the wonderful fall colors.

We used Gankor and our guide/driver, Sorinel, was exceptional. Mont Tremblant is a ski resort and we were there off season, had a nice drive from Montreal, nice lunch at a crepe ride. It is a very charming Place to visit.

Our guide Sorinel was friendly, helpful, and efficient. His car was very clean and comfortable. Once we arrived in Mont Tremblant he suggested which activities to do first to maximize our time during our visit. My son and husband did the luge ride, we climbed to an overlook and waterfall, we had a delicious lunch of savory crepes, and took the gondola to the summit for some stunning views. Sorinel suggested a cruise of the lake at the end of our visit which gave us a different perspective of Mont Tremblant. It was a fun and scenic visit that I would highly recommend.

Something had gone wrong with the booking. We had booked for Tuesday, June 3rd, but no car showed up. After calling the organization, it turned out that the booking was registered with them for Wednesday, June 4th. Fortunately, they made it possible for the tour to go ahead on our originally booked date. We were picked up by Chris—a pleasant man with a lot of knowledge about Montréal and the surrounding area. On the way to Mont Tremblant, he shared plenty of interesting information. The car was also very comfortable. In Mont Tremblant, he showed us what there is to do and gave us some tips. It was great that we had all the time to walk around independently, without being tied to a strict schedule like with most organized tours. After we were done exploring, he even showed us more of the area with some beautiful stops along the way. Booking a private tour with this organization is definitely recommended!

Amazing private tour to Mont Tremblant. Sorinel, our guide was fab. He drove us 55 mins north to experience dog sledding in the Laurentian mountains. He took photos and videos that he shared with us (with our permission). He was really knowledgeable of the area and took us to see an amazing waterfall and wild deer as well as the Mont Tremblant resort. Sorinel was a perfect gentleman and a pleasure to spend the day with. Highly recommend this tour if staying in Montreal and wanting to visit the Mont Tremblant resort and surrounding area.

Great trip, fantastic and knowledgeable guide Andreea. Changed things about to suit me nothing too much trouble. If I had family with me I don't think we would have moved from Mont Tremblant as there was so much to do. Recommend to anyone. Well worth the money for peace and comfort!

We took this private tour with Chris, who had plenty of knowledge and loved a good chat with a motormouth like me! We were picked up from our hotel and taken directly to Mont Tremblant, taking in the scenery along the way. The resort itself is beautiful, we arrived in a bit of a downpour, but with an umbrella provided by Chris, we still had a great time there, it’s just a stunning location, and would love to go back there. Mega highlight was seeing the wildlife along the way, and then a tornado warning alert on the way back, don’t get that in the UK! I’d thoroughly recommend Gankor tours and Chris, hopefully see you again soon mate.

It was a beautiful walk around Mt Tremblant and hiking up the mountain. Fun thing to do in good weather.

We only had a short time in Montreal but definitely wanted to see Mont Tremblant as I am an avid Skier. Even though it was not ski season. Andreea was very punctual to pick us up at hotel and drive to Mont Tremblant was about 2 hours. She was very helpful to point things out to us on the way and made excellent lunch recommendations. Highly recommend this tour and Andrea.

We had a wonderful trip to Mont Tremblant. Chris was our driver and he was a safe driver, who was polite and informative. Chris knew a lot about Mont Tremblant and we appreciated his knowledge. Since skiing wasn't an option, we went on a hike and walked through the quaint village. I highly recommend this tour led by Chris.

I absolutely loved this village. We got very lucky with the great weather and leaves had mostly all turned to the fall colors. Just beautiful. This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Chris from Gankor Tours was polite, knowledgeable, and gave me plenty of time to explore on my own. The scenery was stunning!

- Outstanding tour by tour guide professionals - great visiting and a ride experience in Mont tremblant area - learned a lot about the history of the place, the village and ski resorts - More than enough time to sit staring into the beauties of the landscape ( the village, lake and the national park altogether from the observation point while having a coffee ( I took the gondola to climb but you can also go hiking towards the summit)

After a 2-hour-trip from Montréal, Mt Tremblant is a great place to do some hiking (you have different routes to chose, according to your physical preparation) and finish with great views or a good chocolate chaud (either you go up or down the hill). Great place to rest and have a good time.

We had a great private tour to Mt. Tremblant with our tour guide and driver Chris. He gave history the area and other interesting facts. We used to ski there 40 years ago, and it is nothing like it is now. He guided us but gave us the freedom to do what we wanted.

Absolutely brilliant private tour to mont Tremblant. Picked up fro our hotel and taken on the scenic drive through the Laurentien mountains. Could not fault our driver/guide full of knowledge of the area. Would definitely recommend.

Just another tourist trap, was expecting more. Tour guide Chris was good but Mont Tremblant was just another bland tourist trap.

Our guide Chris was great, gave us good overview of the history and current affairs. He guided us through the main points to see in Tremblant and the timing of everything was very convenient and comfortable.

Used this tour for my parents when I was visiting Montreal for work. Chris arrived a few minuted before time to pick my parents from the hotel. He was very helpful , cheerful and my parents had a fun conversation through the whole trip. He even returned back after dropping them off at the hotel, to return my dad's cap which he had left in the car on the trip. Overall my parents were very happy with the trip and would recommend it .
