Helicopter Tour Over Montreal

This was amazing. My mom is 80, and the team was so nice and careful with her. We really enjoy this experience together so much. The team was so thoughtful, in walking us through EVERY LEVEL of safety. I was very impressed with the detail they put into this. I would recommend this to everyone! 10/10! Huge thank you to the team of pilots we had!

My partner b-day gift was a big hit. He enjoyed every second. The team was great and when we had issue with arriving due to uber issues that were able to get us in and up without any issue. Our tour was delayed 40 min, even though we arrived 10 min early. It lasted 24 min, but 6 min of that was on the ground waiting, (the pilot started a timer when he turned on the engine). And the pilot didn't speak enough English to describe what we were seeing or answer any questions. Above all, it was a helicopter tour, which by itself is very cool. But, it was expensive for what we got and the company didn't really care, just going through the motions and giving the minimum.

We did our tour on the saturday morning of race weekend. The skies were clear and we had great weather. The team and Helicraft greeted us and checked us in and were very friendly and helpful. We had our safety briefing which took about 15 mins that then we went up in the helicopter. Our pilot Gaetan was awesome. He was able to answer all our questions and gave us a really smooth flight. We flew over the race track and were able to see other places as well such as the Olympic stadium and Old Montreal. Our overall experience was fantastic. I would recommend Helicraft for your helicopter tour of Montreal

My sister and I booked this experience as part of our Formula One race experience package, and it did not disappoint! I upgraded to the Montréal trip when I got to the place but I had to wait 10 minutes in the air hovering a little above ground level for the all clear. Then the “30 minute” ride was like 12 minute. The pilot was good but very underwhelming experience and not worth it at all.

This was one of the best experiences I have had on a vacation. The weather was not quite cooperating and the operator worked with us to get into the air between the storms. While in the air, our pilot was very helpful in explaining both what we were seeing and what we were experiencing in the helicopter (the movement, the bumps, etc.) This made for an interesting and comfortable trip. The Tour per se is quiet nice. Since about 40 mn from Montréal center by car, the hotel called them to reserve but they said they had many tours that day , just come along, in reality, as I went there the same day midday, it was said there was nothing until 7pm or next day, so I booked for next day which was not great considering the two return trips expensive even by uber. Furtheremore, the payment was done by credit card by the receptionist manualy inserting all my credit card datas in his computer which I did not like but since the person making the registration (one of the employed pilots) said they had no card reader , he said it was not possible otherwise. I did not like it but the place appears serious. Furthermore, he asked me my ID and took a photo without asking me with his smartphone which I requested him to delete right away from photos (and deleted files in the phone) which he did. I found it very umprofessional to risk privacy datas from my credit card and privacy datas from my ID (realy dangerous combination of datas). Since it is the only place I ever used my cedit card that way , I reported this to the hotel telling me that this should not have been requested from the helicopter company ( expensive flights but they dont have money for a credit card reader !!!) .

We had an outstanding experience with the team at Helicraft. We were rescheduled due to bad weather the day prior and the team were fantastic in terms of their communication & flexibility to find us 2x times the following day as we were departing that day. The flight itself was excellent and our pilot did an awesome job with our kids and showing us the sights of Montréal. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Nice weather, gentle and experienced ploit make the perfect helicopter trip over Montreal. The pilot called me 30 mins ahead to explain the wind could make the trip a little bit bumpy. And He give me the option to reschedule if i did not feel comfortable. When we arrived, the preparation process is very short and professional. Get everything ready and fly. It is a 30 mins amazing view from the sky to watch Montreal. So far It is the best tour i have in Montreal. I definitely will do it again during summer!

The whole experience was great. From the anticipation of liftoff to the landing. Luckily weather was great. The pilot was wonderful & I would definitely recommend for tourists & locals.

Having never been in a helicopter, we were both excited and a touch nervous. Meeting Ben calmed those fears and the ride was a joy. His narrative and attention to safety was great. We joked and laughed a lot.

I choose the Montreal tour and it was awesome. It was incredible to view Montreal from the air during my first trip to the city. My pilot, Ryan, was super nice and we had an amazing trip. I went for the Montreal Tour it was really nice and professional. I enjoyed the views of Montreal from the Helicopter. Although they didn't have the tour for one person, so I had to pay for the price of two.

The entire experience is excellent, the team is very receptive and the space to wait has coffee, water, and couch, and the fly is fantastic.
