This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible. The waterfall was amazing and the vineyard was an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful time on our half-day private tour with Nanako, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment we met, she was kind, warm, and made us feel completely at ease. We started in Old Quebec, where Nanako shared so many fascinating historical facts that brought the streets and landmarks to life. At Montmorency Falls, she even climbed almost 500 steps to the top with us, cheering us on and taking beautiful photos we'll treasure. The drive around L'Île-d'Orléans was a highlight. Nanako took us to perfect spots with gorgeous views, where we enjoyed delicious chocolates, maple syrup, and fresh strawberries. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. Nanako's knowledge, generosity, and genuine care made this tour so special. If you're visiting Quebec City, book her! You won't regret it. Highest recommendation!
One of the very best tours I have ever taken. My guide was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She adapted and understood my needs as to the experiences I wanted. When in Quebec, opt for this aviator tour over a ship excursion for a real flavor of Quebec and L’Orleans.
Beautiful island with lots to do. If you want to go to cassis Mona et Filles today, make sure you go early.
the guide was very nice and customized the tour to meet our needs, she carried to several placers that was on the list, she picked us at our hotel, carried our luggage with us and dropped us at the cruise terminal,
Although I booked this trip without reading that the tour wasn't offered in English, Nanako went above and beyond to accommodate us. She brought her Quebecian friend Helene with her who spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable as well. Nanako does speak English though pretty well. The entire day was wonderful from start to finish. They were waiting for us in the lobby of the Frontenac and from there we headed to the falls. She was an excellent driver and we went to the falls before the crowds. The admission was included and we paid for the Gondola up as stated in the description. We spent quite a good amount of time there at our own pace. After that we drove around the Island and she asked what our interests were and was willing to take us where we wanted to go. First stop was a vineyard with an incredible view and great tasting wine. She and Helene stayed with us the entire time. We started out as strangers but left with warm hugs from these incredible ladies. And for the price we paid for a private tour it was a great value. I highly recommend this tour!
Wanted half day tour to pick us up at cruise dock and a 4 hour tour before airport drop off Guide was very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests
Excellent operator. Detailed and very friendly. Stayed with us all the time when needed.. very good drivef.
It was confirmed by Viator that the Tour guide speaks English she does not. Spent $250.00 to drive around to a guide that could not be understood. Took us to the waterfall and it is not for an older couple to hike to. We were told she could have driven to the bridge. She handed us a sheet of paper and said pick two or three which ended up being winery place to purchase wine no informative information on the vineyard itself. Then stop at a chocolate store again a place to shop. The guide did drive up through old Quebec and did drop off at port. This was such a disappointment but I do think Viator is to blame. The guide is lovely person but I would say she SHOULD NOT PUT ENGLISH ON HER EXPLANATION FOR HER TOUR. (10/5/2025) I have notice that they have changed the description's to not include English. Shame on Viator for not refunding a partial refund for services not as as promised. )
Great day spent with friendly guide!! We really enjoyed our time and tour. The falls were beautiful as well as the island. We learned about the history and about Québec from Nanoko and her husband.
Our guide, Nanako, and her husband, were awesome and friendly tour guides. They were very considerate of my mother’s and my difficulties in walking, and catered the tour around our physical ability level and our interests. We had so much fun today!! We absolutely loved Île D’Orleans, and the unique architecture there. They were good company to spend a few hours in a car together, and shared lots of great and fascinating information about the area. She was also an excellent driver, and we felt safe in the car with them. Nanako remembered that it was my birthday today and even brought me a small gift of maple cookies, which was so incredibly thoughtful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to get out of (and around) Quebec City for an afternoon. Thank you!!
We had the best time with Nanako! She met us at our hotel and showed us a lovely afternoon at the falls and around the Ile d’Orleans. Her vehicle was spotless and she provided great explanations about the places we visited, including the wonderful cideries. We covered a lot of ground and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend this tour!
We had a wonderful time with our guide Nana. Always smiling and very knowledgeable of the area, she helped us discover places that were well suited to our interests and that we could not have find by ourselves. In a short stay in Quebec City, this tour really optimized our limited available time.
Excellent day spent with Nanako. She was very welcoming and extremely kind to me. She taught me many things related to the Île d'Orléans and Montmorency Falls. I highly recommend this tour for a wonderful day in Quebec City!
The tour is super nice; the guide was very kind and understanding. Definitely a 100. My parents had a delay, and she kindly returned for them to the meeting point.
The trip was a pleasant afternoon with my guide Nana, who was nice to smile about everything and gave me a deeper understanding of the city. She put every detail in place and the service satisfied me. Quebec City European-style architecture, the whole city is located by the St. Lawrence River very beautiful, very happy journey. Thank you very much to my guide Nana Little Sister!
