A great tour and comfortable bus. The driver was excellent and we learned a lot about history of Quebec City.

Great overview of the city. Guide was excellent. Loved the falls. We were able to climb to the top. Would recommend
Great city tour with lots of info and a fun, easy way to visit the falls. Charming guide kept it entertaining and interesting.
Great tour and intro to the city. Trip to the falls was amazing. I would recommend this tour. Our guide was informative and helpful
Great tour! Learned a lot. Peter was outstanding—very talented as a tour guide and very personable. Kudos and thanks!
We were slightly confused as to the pick up point as google maps shows it as a bus stop but if you walk a little further and turn right you'll see a clock on the right. Peter our guide was great. We had a drive around first before heading to the falls. We could have done with more time there, not enough for climbing to the top and back, but its an amazing place to visit. I highly recommend this popular tour.
Our driver and tour guide, Celine, was very knowledgeable about the history where the tour took us. She also has a very friendly and amusing manner. I highly recommend this trip!
City tour followed by a drive to Montmorency falls. Good guide but unfortunately there were many road closures that the guide wasn’t aware of, which downgraded our experience.
Good information about Quebec City. Dan was a great guide, and very funny. Plenty of time to explore the Falls.
Guide/driver excellent . Impressive falls easy walk to observe them
Tour guide was very informative and was very entertaining! He was great! So glad we got him! Came on time and was pleasant to all on board.
This was a great tour taking in the highlights of the city with details of what we were seeing. Montmerency was a stunning stop that we would not have ended otherwise on our 2 night stay
Tour was great! Included all relevant places. Our tour guide, Peter was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and engaging and kind!
Dan was great, lots of information about the city, the sights and the area. I would recommend this tour.
After some confusion among several people to the meeting spot, this turned out to be a wonderful experience. The guide was very knowledgeable as well as funny snd was wonderful in interacting with all of us. For a great snapshot of Quebec, this tour is perfect
I will speak for the seven of us, we absolutely loved our Falls Tour! Our tour guide was very informative and fun. We lucked out with weather and our guide made sure we were all comfortable. We received a lot of great information and he answered every question we had. He was very professional and fun.
Excellent city tour, we had asked about the walk to falls. Farther than we were willing to go. But enjoyed them non the less.
We spent a better part of our time trying to get around detours!!!How is it that your drivers are not made aware of all the events going on and road closures? Big waster of time and money!!
Our guide Celine was great - very knowledgeable. Unfortunately for the group, it was pouring rain so it was difficult to see anything out the window. Everyone made the best of it though!
Peter was an excellent tour guide. The clock mentioned to be the meeting point for the tour is hard to find. It is not on a building but is located in a bus stop pavilion around the corner from the address given in the tour description.
Do not go if weather is wet and cold. The heat in the vehicle is shut off so the windows will not fog as much. We were given one tissue to wipe the windows and we all froze. I could not see where we were or what we were looking at. Driver was great but the vehicle was awful.
Not the best, driver just sort of growled when I showed him my pass before I got on the bus, he never even said what his name was, didn't mention to grab a bottle of water from the front, he interacted with the couples on the bus but zero interaction with myself, he spoke about himself a lot during the trip and constantly came out with uk..american innuendos, worst tour in my 4wks in Canada. Seen more walking around myself that morning, most I got out of it was the bus to the falls which were nothing spectacular after seeing Niagra Falls
We took this tour in March, and it was very nice to sit on the bus and tour around Montreal. The tour guide was friendly and fun!
Lots of historical info presented by personable driver. Beautiful day made the trip to the falls even more impressive.
Overall very good. The guide is knowledgeable. He’s a good driver. Lots of interesting historical info. I’d do it again.
I had a fantastic time exploring Québec City and the falls. Peter was a wonderful guide, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging throughout the trip. He made the experience enjoyable and helped bring the places we visited to life. The falls were a real highlight and absolutely worth seeing. A memorable day and a great way to experience Québec. Thanks, Peter!
The tour provided oral history with the area and an easy way to get to the falls. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.
Comfortable bus lots of interesting stops to see. Would recommend especially if you have never visited the city before
Our guide was very well informed and spoke English quite well. She was very helpful and prompt for everything.
Enjoyable commentary of the knowledgeable excellent guide. Price is very reasonable and the seats on the bus are comfortable.
The pick up location was over a mile away from where our ship docked. Apparently there is a pier closer to town, but that isn’t where we docked. So we missed the excursion because we couldn’t walk that far.
A quick but thorough tour of Quebec City. Beautiful city. Water provided. Dan the Man was funny and full of information.
The tour guide was wonderful, funny, and quite knowledgeable. The only thing I would suggest is that there can be more time spent at Montmorency Falls.
Well worth the money. Delightful driving tour of old Quebec with descriptions and then on to montmorency falls. Which of course were lovely
Not masses of time if you want to walk to the top of the falls and back. Tour gives you a good overview of the city with a view to revisiting the bits that you want to see more of. Dan the man was entertaining and happy to give ersonal recommendations of places he has enjoyed eating.
The tour was comprehensive and very entertaining. The guide was funny and kept our attention throughout. The city had many blocked roads and she maneuvered through them and still managed to get us to where we were going. The falls were quite beautiful.
Excellent experience!! Our narrator, Celine was fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. Driving through some of the narrow streets of old Quebec seemed daunting to us but not for Celine. Her attention to details was the reason we revisited some of the area after our bus tour. Visiting the Falls was awesome and Celine gave us some great tips to make our visit there more enjoyable. Highly recommend taking this tour at the beginning of a visit to Old Quebec so that you will have time to revisit places of interest.
Really effective overview by driver/guide. Great tips on seeing falls and best pathway to walk for best photos. Well worth the fee. Ignore meetup directions that mention a clock (confusing), sit in park area directly across from the entrance to the Clarendon Hotel and you will be fine. Cheers!
Dan was a treasure of information and entertainment. We learned so much about the history of QC and Canada. 5 stars!
Great value. Our driver/tour guide was excellent. We could hear him and understand what he was saying.
This was a good tour. Although it was in a central location, many people expressed frustration about not knowing where to meet and would have preferred an exact address not just a clock to find. The woman who did the tour was extremely accomodating and I thought that her ability to switch between French and English was amazing. The Falls are incredible and guide told us exactly where to go to get the best views.
Not great. I would be a bit more selective and more depth for a couple of major sites in Quebec. Cut that a bit shorter. Spend longer than was allotted at the falls with an option to go up the cable car
Dan was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed his narration of the history Quebec City. He was humorous and entertaining.
The Tour covered a nice overall view of city attractions by driving by. There were a couple of stops, including the Joan of Ark Garden, at which there was a restroom available. We had an hour to spend walking around the park at the base of the waterfall. There were also restrooms and snack bars there. The only difficulty we had was the street address on the meet up place was around the corner from the actual location. The driver did come and look for us though. If you’re taking the tour, the actual meeting place is in the area by the beautiful box clock in front of the building (nit yje side). We were in a small bus with about 20 passengers and even though I was in the backseat, I was comfortable. The tour guide, Dan, was great.
Enjoyed the overall tour and the guide/driver was very knowledgeable. The van was clean and comfortable
Meeting spot is across from the Claradon hotel. A humorous and knowledgeable tour guide who will work with you.
When we booked the tour was supposed to be in English, however it was in both English and French so it was a little disappointing. The guide did a nice job pointing out useful information and showed us the sites one tour. I would have liked an opportunity to get out of the bus more often.
A good way to become aquatinted with the city when you first arrive. Your driver will give you a brief history of the city while pointing out important sites. We were fortunate to have a very spirited and knowledgeable driver, Celine, who kept us laughing and engaged for 2 1/2 hours- she was a delight and definitely the best part of our tour. This was a great introduction to charming Old Quebec.
Guide, Peter, was fantastic. He provided lots of history and also gave great recommendations for places to see and eat after the tour.
Tour was really good. Driver/guide was informative and personable and tour provided a different perspective from walking tour. Waterfall was magnificent. Drawbacks were directions/map to meeting point. Link took me to parking lot at City Hall. We weren’t alone as others on group had issues.
