The pickup service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and both the guide and bus driver were so fun and friendly throughout the day! Even though my English isn't great, they were extremely supportive, which helped me fully enjoy the tour. I would definitely love to book with them again next time!

Very organized excursion, from pickup to drop off. Old Quebec is a must see and the tour guides were very knowledgeable
It’s a relaxing ride up to Montmorency Falls they were beautiful along with Quebec City. It was a lovely day seeing the history of our Canada and how it all began.
A long day but well worth it! Our tour guide Joyce was fantastic, informative and kept as on track. The bus was comfortable and our driver was very professional. Québec City is beautiful and full of interesting history and places to explore. The stop at the falls was picturesque and a great way to get outdoors.
One of the best tour experiences I ever had. The tour guide Long was excellent he was very informative and knowledgeable. We stopped and admired the beauty of Montmorency Falls and then onto Quebec City this was a beautiful town full of old charm. I enough time after the guided walking tour to do my own thing around Quebec City especially old Quebec. I felt like this tour wasn't rushed and I had enough time to see and do what I needed I am glad that I did this tour and it was helpful that I had someone come and pick me up from my hotel as it was included.
Very enjoyable trip from pick up to return, very organized and professional, highly recommended this trip
The guide on the bus was able to communicate in 3 languages! He was available if needed. The local tour guide in Quebec City gave a nice 1 hour tour. However, it was cold and rainy the entire day. That greatly hindered our enjoyment of the city.
Other people especially older people should be aware that there are many hills and a lot of walking. The free time was great but too long. I think the trip should be cut by one hour. 13 hours is too long.
This was the most AMAZING tour! Mia, our travel guide, both drivers and the tour guide in Old Quebec were outstanding. My husband and I highly recommend taking this tour to the falls ans Old Quebec from Montreal. It was an easy pick up and drop off at the LHotel the tour bus was comfortable, we stopped at McDonald's for a quick breakfast, we learned so much history today and saw incredible sights! This tour is a MUST!
After traveling to more than 20 countries, this was the worst experience in terms of communication and taking care of tourists that I've ever seen. No one has contacted us after purchasing the tour via TripAdvisor. They left us behind just 5 minutes after gathering time despite all the hassles to get to their gathering point. 100% wasting your money; try other tours which have way better services for a bit more money.
The bus was not great- there was big writing on the windows so I could not see out which is one of the reasons I did the trip! Our guide was clear in his instructions, but he left some advice about how best to explore the falls. Our tour guide in QC showed us one thing, the mural. Otherwise he literally just walked us around the corner in the freezing rain. I admit the weather was not encouraging, but, I would have liked a little enthusiasm, a little more stories/info/history. If it’s cold and rainy, for goodness sake, walk and talk, don’t have us stand there.
This was a nice tour. The bus was comfortable. The drive to Quebec City was nice in that one got to see the gorgeous countryside with beautiful farmland and neatly kept farms. Our trip was fall so we enjoyed the brilliant fall colors along the way. The company hit every mark of time, pickup/drop at hotels and arrival at a destination. The tour guide gave nice overviews of information and was very good about making sure everyone easily found meeting points - not easy in some of the more congested attractions. The guide was very conscientious about having a head count before the bus left an area. Although this tour had a longer transit time, the company planned a nice midway stop that was long enough to use restrooms and also get a little breakfast.
This a great day excursion to see Quebec City on a short trip. The bus was clean. Our guide, Sean, was excellent! We had a city tour guide, Richard, who was great as well for the one hour tour. We chose not to do the cruise to give us plenty of time to wander around the city. The only issue was that the pick up at the hotel was done by a private driver in a car without identification so we were initially unsure if they were with the tour company. The viator information stated it would identify the vehicle with a sign reading Concord VIP. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip!
Long drive from Montreal but worth it. The bus driver, Anthony was excellent and courteous, high fiving and very helpful. The commentator, Micky was very organized and funny. He made the trip really fun. We enjoyed all the activities of the tour and had a great time. Highly recommend.
The trip was great! Our driver Anthony and tour guide Ricky were both excellent. The trip was smooth with appropriate stops going to Quebec from Montreal. The bus was comfortable. The tour in Quebec City was very informative and interesting!
It's a full day trip to Quebec City. It is worth the visit and the tour guide was friendly, informative and patient providing useful guidance to Quebec City and the Montmercy Falls. Remember to bring cash for a tip for the guides!
It was well organized. William was a great tour guide. I was very impressed by the multiple languages he spoke.
Great experience! William was an incredible guide and very communicative. Hotel pick up was grey and they dropped us off after the trip as well.
Traffic getting out of Montreal was very bad but tour guide was able to manage to do all activities in the itinerary. All in all, trip was very good.
Amazing trip! You will see the best of Quebec. Everything is so well organized. Highly recommend! Great service. You will love it
Mostly a bus ride to Quebec from Montreal and back. The tour in Quebec was only 45 minutes. Should be at least 90 minutes then still plenty of free time.
Very well organized. Clear concise instructions provided by the guide. Beautiful drive allowed us to see some of rural Quebec. A wonderful opportunity to step back in time and imagine what life was like long ago. Some on the tour did not follow timelines established which meant our guided tour in Quebec City was a bit shorter than intended. Still, all was good and we felt good value.
Tour was efficient and timed well. The time on the bus passed quickly enough, but the bus was cramped and the seats were uncomfortable. No place to put water or small incidentals. The tour director was a little difficult to understand due to his Chinese accent, so all information was repeated several times. The tour itself was excellent, especially the local guide in Quebec City; Luke was funny and truly brought the city’s history to life. I thought the waterfall was nice, but not one of the most beautiful I have experienced. Overall, a great tour, but be prepared to be cramped on the bus.
It was such a good day trip if you’re in Montreal and want to fit a trip to Quebec City in. Our tour guide was so nice. Would recommend this tour agency. Price was very reasonable.
Guide was great. Pitstop about 1.5 hours during drive, 90 minutes at the Montemercy Falls, 2 hours to Quebec City. Walking tour with guide. Plenty of time to see the city, have lunch and shop in the stores.
The trip allowed enough time to view the falls and visit Quebec City. The tour guide, Daniel, was nice but would have been better if he would interact more with the travelers and engage on a personal basis. He was nice but just going through the basics.
It is a wonderful way to visit the charming Quebec City! Our guide was warm, knowledgeable and adept at giving information, and also at keeping the schedule, with well-timed breaks. The bus itself was comfortable and quiet, affording us a solid view of the countryside between Montreal and QC. We did do the optional river cruise, but found its quality was not up to par with the rest of the tour. It would have been more fun to stay in town for lunch and to hang out.
Very enjoyable and well done.
Great choice for a QC day trip! Everything was smooth/prompt. I was very impressed by our tour guide, William. He knew multiple languages - English, French, Spanish - and was accommodating to each passenger.
Great experience! Very timely. Our tour guide Angela was an upbeat, knowledgeable guide who put everyone at ease. Our bus driver was fantastic-smooth ride.
Great day trip to Quebec City And Chute Montmorency Old Quebec is stunning We could have used a bit more time at the falls Felt a bit rushed Tour was nice but also great to have free time to walk around and explore on our own Overall good experience
A wonderfully perfect day trip. Montmercy Falls are incredible and not to be missed. And, Quebec City , just wonderful! Our short walking tour really set the stage for an afternoon of exploration . All the Tour personnel were terrific. The pick up from the hotel… Great communication from the driver. The driver of the Tour bus to Quebec city and back, was timely, safe and , friendly. Angela was our tour guide on the bus and chief cat herder She was terrific - made the whole day easy and fun. She also had great restaurant recommendations. The local tour guide, a longtime resident, was fabulous and took all the time to answer anyone’s questions. ( his name now escapes me) Highly recommend this Tour and this group.
Fantastic trip. Tour guide was brilliant. Everything was perfect. Driver was excellent. Mind blowing experience
We had a wonderful experience! The tour was very well organized and communicative, and our guide William was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.
Montmorency falls is spectacular! Quebec City is charming. This is French Canada, but Canada dominates in style and common feeling. I reduce 1 point because guide said what exact seats we should occupy in the bus but I prefer choose them myself for my money. And be prepare for 5 hours free time in Quebec City.
Overall, this was a successful trip. The guide was wonderful and the opportunity to see both the falls and have a short tour in the city before free time for exploration was well balanced. However, the hotel pick-up left something to be desired because the car leaked from the roof, and despite being picked up 30 minutes before the bus left, we were rushed like cattle when finally being dropped off. But my real complaint was that we were not allowed to eat or drink on the bus and told not to use the bathroom except maybe in emergency. And the bus was nice but not that nice for 6 hours of commuting. The whole point of taking a bus is so you can relax and enjoy yourself but this was much more a means to an end.
A perfect way to see Quebec City for those with limited time. We were picked up from our hotel at the exact time and transferred to the bus. The driver and guide (Angela) were great! We had plenty of time to view and enjoy the Falls, and ample free time in Quebec City Old Town after the guided tour. Personally, I did not think the optional boat ride was worth it. The boat just went in slow circles in a small area and it was hard to hear the guide. Spend the time exploring or enjoying Happy Hour. The return trip was also smooth and right on time. Highly recommend!
The tour was good overall, but I think a few things could be improved. It would be helpful to explain clearly at the time of purchase that the portion of the tour after Old Québec is self-guided and that guests will be exploring on their own. Also, since you recommended several places for us to visit, it would be very helpful to provide a clear map or detailed directions for getting to those locations and back to the designated pick up location. Other than that, we enjoyed the tour and had a good experience.
We was are staying in Montreal and wanted a day trip to Quebec City. This tour was perfect. Our pick up spot was feet from our hotel. Angela was very sweet and informative. You stop on the way to the falls and Morency falls was also very nice! Quebec City was great. An all around good time.
Well organized, good value for the money. Worthwhile!
Very long trip with very little insight about the things to see except the tour guide in Quebec City . He was great but maybe a microphone would have helped a little with a tour group of 50 people . The pick up from my hotel and drop off were great . I did not car for the main tour guide on the bus , unprofessional and sloppily dressed with holes in his shoes . I don’t know how to avoid such things , it was the luck of the draw I suppose .
It was amazing ! Jerry was very nice and helpful ! The bus was very confortable ! On the boat it was a smooth ride and excellent services
Yang was our guide on the bus. He was friendly, engaging and very helpful to persons with walking limitations . There are a lot of incline walking areas at the waterfalls as well as at Quebec City and these areas can get quite crowded. It might be helpful if each person had individual headphones that was connect ed to their guides microphone so they could hear the guides without having all the background noises like they have on Europe. The waterfall was beautiful and it was exciting to watch the zipliners cross it. The tour guide in Quebec City was too dramatic for me so we went off to explore and enjoy the street perfomers and the shops on our own. It was a long day but worth it!
Be there on time! The App should say to arrive at least 10m before take off ! Bring a lot water and some extra money.
Such a fun tour! Got to go to Montmorency Falls which was really cool and then on to Old Quebec City. Our trip leader was Angela sans she was awesome! Kept everyone on schedule and gave us great information. It’s was the right combination of scheduled items and free time. Old Quebec City was so beautiful! The bus rides went pretty fast all things considered.
Our trip was excellent from start to finish. Hotel pick up. Our tour guide Yang was very knowledgeable and friendly, The guide for the walking tour of Old Quebec was very interesting. Bus was clean and comfortable.Enjoyed the waterfall; if I had to do it again I would choose taking the cable car down for an extra $10. There were a lot of people on the stairs and it made walking and photo ops challenging but still quite doable. We had a great day!
Excellent one day tour from Montreal to Quebec City and Montmorency Falls. William was our tour guide. He provided us with details of our tour on the bus ride and throughout the day. William is an excellent tour guide. Quebec City is a quaint city with lots of restaurants and shops. We had the option of taking a boat ride but decided to explore the town and try out a few cafes instead. At Montmorency Falls we rode the cable car up to the top of the falls for quite the scenic view. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this one day trip which was filled with plenty of places to see. We were very fortunate to have William as our guide who made the trip both pleasant and very informative
This tour was amazing! I would do it again. Our driver picked us up from our hotel right on time. He drove us to our bus. The bus ride was about 3-3 1/2 hours to get to Quebec City. Our guide was Yang. He was organized, knowledgeable and fun. We stopped in between for a bathroom break. We visited the Montmorency Falls. You take a cable car to the bottom of the falls. It was gorgeous. Then it was off to Quebec City. We had an amazing tour of Quebec City from Annabelle who was born in Quebec City. Her retelling of the history of Quebec City was fascinating. You get plenty of time to explore Quebec City on your own after the tour. We went to lunch and then did some shopping. Once the bus returned to Montreal, our driver dropped us off at our hotel in the evening. It was a spectacular day!
Wonderful experience with a great bus guide (very energetic and enthusiastic about the trip) as well as our tour guide. The bus guide was incredibly thoughtful about our needs.
Comfortable bus, good information. Group leader was friendly , knowledgeable and gave clear instruction.
