Great way to tour the city. Martin was well versed in his history and was entertaining too. Highly recommend.

It was good but sadly the time that we had at the one stop was not long enough. It was the place where all the umbrellas were hanging upside down - lower Quebec City?

Informative overview of city - covered a lot of history & geography. One critique - - takes a long time for all to exit & renter coach bus … used a lot of time.!

Good tour for an overview of the city. Our guide was Martin and he was very pleasant and informative.

Full bus load in a big bus was something of a hassle but Martin is an experienced driver/guide and herded the crowd very gently but effectively. This was a nice introduction to the high spots of the city. The Parc Joan of Arc with the wonderful folk art exhibition was the high spot of the trip.

Excellent tour of Quebec - the old City, the new City, the shipping terminals and history of this city. Quebec is a very colorful, clean City. The tour guide was full of historical information and visitor tips. I was able to capture some beautiful photos of the City. Tres bon!

If you have a problem, there’s no one to talk with who can help solve the problem. Our ship arrived later than anticipated and I called to reschedule. The answer was no. They were unable to reschedule. Not later in the day, nothing for the following day. In addition, the young person I spoke with was rude and dismissive. We were very disappointed

The bus was old and dirty and the tour operator switched between French and English. We left at the first stop and walked back to the ship!

Guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant. The driver was very skilled on tight and narrow streets.

Our bus tour was great. We were expecting rain, so we booked this tour. It didn’t rain but it was cold and windy, so a perfect day for a bus tour. Our guide/driver was very knowledgeable and witty. The tour gave us a great overview of the area and the history of Upper and Lower Town. I think we would have missed visiting some areas later in the day if we hadn’t done the tour.

Good overview of key attractions in Quebec City. Would have liked to maybe get off for a few minutes at certain spots. Guide very knowledgeable and professionl.

Very informative and fun tour. Part of our group had walking challenges so touring by bus was perfect. Guide spoke clearly and easy to understand while sharing history, some light comedy and rarely visited areas of Quebec City Only challenge was where to pick up the bus -- it's not super clear from the online instructions and the tour guide didn't response to my text. Our group arrived 30 minutes early since we were several miles away and unsure of traffic and there was no one to assist until 15 minutes before the tour left. Better information on the ticket would help

Best way to get overview of Quebec. Weather was wet so decided at the last minute to book. Best decision ever. Our guide Martin was funny, informative, and full of stories.

The tour was informative and we saw places that it would have been hard to see on our own. Martin was funny and a good driver especially through the narrow streets of Old Quebec City.

The main page of this excursion listed English as the language, with some fine print about switching between English & French if there were French passengers. In our situation, our tour guide spoke mostly in French. So frustrating! We’ve been on a lot of bus tours - this was among the worst in terms of city highlights, etc. The bus was also uncomfortably warm. We could not wait to wrap up the tour and get some fresh air.

Two hours on a comfortable coach bus. Driver spoke both English and French, with a great deal of knowledge and humor. Spoke the entire time but it did not seem like blabbing, just wanted him to continue the excellent script and ad lib. Breaks were included to get off and stretch and look a bit at a notable stop. Covered current buildings and situations as well as history. Highly recommended.

The tour was nice and it stopped to get out and walk. Had to do some stairs and small hill, May not be appropriate for some guests. Some guests brought large luggage. I called and was told I couldn't bring mine, so had to pay an Uber twice to go back to hotel and get luggage to go to cruise port. I understand there was not room for luggage,but didn't understand why some people could.

Clean transportation, friendly and knowledgeable guide. Smaller size bus made the tour much more enjoyable. Plus, payment in Canadian money. It can’t get any better than that.

A waste of money. Unorganized checking in travelers. Guide spoke much too quickly in English. It was very difficult to understand her. Several people asked her to slow down. 2 languages being spoken made it hard to understand because she rushed through both languages so quickly that the English and French seemed to run together. I would a separate bus for English and another for French. It was not worth the money.

The bus tour was very good. Quebec City is very hilly and a bit difficult to walk around. The bus tour showed us key points of the city in a relaxed way.

Arrive early to get a prime seat. Also it turns out that we could have been picked up at the terminal. That was not clear and an added expense as we had to take a taxi from the shop to the pick up spot.

It was very nice, saw more things we would not have known was there if we did not take the tour. Driver was friendly and liked to make jokes

Average tour, they do repeat in English and French. Wish we saw more sights on the tour, but it was decent enough.

The tour was excellent! While the meeting location was somewhat confusing, the guide was very nice. The tour includes stops at several locations where you can take photos and stretch your legs. I definitely recommend this tour!

Absolutely loved this bus tour! It was such a great way to see all the highlights without having to worry about driving or navigating ourselves. Our bus driver was both funny and informative, making the tour even more enjoyable. We learned a lot while having plenty of laughs along the way. Great way to see the town of Quebec City. Francoise was knowledgeable about all the things Quebec City had to offer! Two hours well spent, especially as our stay was short.

Martin Everell was absolutely excellent. He took time to show us so many sites, was very concerned about our needs spoke well about the country.

It was a very interesting and informative trip with opportunities to take photos and ask questions. Our guide matties? Was an excellent guide. Would definitely recommend. Our only concern is that several buses arrive at the meeting point at the same time which causes some confusion.

Great overview of many historic sites in Old Vity Quebec. Martin was an excellent guide; so good we decided to book the Country side tour for later the same day!

It was fun, informative and very enjoyable. We covered both the basse ville and the haute ville, had an opportunity to take a few pictures and had a bathroom break.

The host/guide was knowledgeable and delivered fascinating historical info in a very human way making it easy to understand and follow.
