Love the location. Service was impeccable. Needed some toiletries and tv attended to and both were done within minutes. Of special note- Andre, Jeremy and Guido at the bar were so attentive. I happened to be on business during my birthday and got surprised with more than an amuse bouche! (A happy birthday dessert which was….fabulous). Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Only blemish was a slow draining bathroom sink which got fixed when I mentioned it. Concierge Mark super helpful.

Fantastic location in a very walkable area. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and swiftly found ourselves on the 14th floor with a spectacular city view. The room is a generous size with a king bed. The amenities we're really nice. We found the bed and pillows comfortable. The bellhop service was outstanding. Highly recommended.
Upgraded to club lounge level rooms that were connected so we could stay with our family. In the rooms had a very nice size with good washrooms. Pool facilities were clean with a lovely terrace on the sixth floor with great seating, ping pong, and games to play with the family. The club lounge was very spacious even though it was busy for breakfast. Fantastic views of old Montreal and the city. Great central location
Me and my sister stayed here for two nights. The place was clean and pleasant. The rooms were nice! There was some orange marks on our sheets and a cloth when we got there which is not ideal. But other than that our experience was good. The food at the restaurant was good. The croissant on my sandwich was soggy, but it happens and tasted good regardless. They did cut us short on the fruit though. The prices are expensive, but everywhere is these days. I left with a full belly though so that’s the main thing!
Overall a very pleasant stay, though a couple of operational issues held it back from a top rating. Housekeeping was excellent — attentive and thorough throughout the stay. Front desk staff were also fine, professional and helpful. Two significant frustrations: Elevators during convention traffic — With a convention in-house, elevator wait times were routinely 15+ minutes. On multiple occasions I ended up walking down 20 flights of stairs just to avoid the wait. For a hotel that regularly hosts large conventions, elevator capacity needs a serious look — whether that's dedicating elevator banks to convention floors, adding capacity, or better managing peak-time dispatching. Wi-Fi tiers and login process — This was genuinely frustrating. Having to navigate a login portal every time, choose between paid tiers, and then still experience connections that failed to fully establish is not acceptable in 2026. Wi-Fi should be treated as a basic utility, not an upsell opportunity. Simplify this: one network, instant connection, no complex logins, no artificial speed tiers. Business travelers especially need reliable connectivity without friction. Restaurant was solid but overpriced relative to the quality/value — not unusual for hotel dining, but worth noting.
