⚠️ If you are planning to stay at this hotel, be VERY careful with your security deposit. Taking your deposit is easy. Getting your money back is a completely different story. My deposit still has not been returned. Every time I follow up, I get a different story. One time they tell me the money has been paid, another time they say it has been sent by email, and then I get a completely different explanation. I have followed up several times and I still have not received my own money back. If you are planning to stay here, my advice is to avoid paying a security deposit if possible. If you have no choice, get the refund terms in writing and document everything before giving them your money. In my experience, this is not an acceptable way to handle a customer’s money. Think twice before handing your money over to this hotel.

Very disappointing experience. We had an issue during our stay with the TV not working and tried to get it resolved. The receptionist told us the TV would reboot, but it did not. Since the hotel was fully booked, they said they could not move us to another room. We were told that the manager was not on site and that she would call us in the morning at 8:30. Nobody contacted us. When we followed up, we were then told that the manager was sick and that she would only respond by email. We were given an email address, but no direct contact number. There were several people working at the front desk, yet there was still no manager available to address the situation. The issue remained unresolved and there was no compensation or meaningful attempt to resolve it. We were simply told to email the manager ourselves. What made this even more concerning is that we later saw another guest mention online that they had also been given an email address and were apparently left without a response for weeks. I obviously cannot verify their experience, but seeing a similar complaint was concerning. The overnight situation was also unsettling. In the middle of the night, the lobby was completely dark and there did not appear to be any staff present. We were told that everyone leaves at night. Having no visible staff overnight and no manager available when there is a problem is very concerning for a hotel. The changing explanations about the manager’s availability, the promised call that never came, and having no direct way to contact management left us feeling that our concerns were simply being passed along rather than addressed. The front-desk staff also seemed completely unsure of how to handle the situation. It felt as though they were being given different explanations to relay to guests rather than being provided with the information or authority needed to actually resolve problems. Staff should not be put in a position where they have to give guests excuses or explanations while management remains unavailable and the customer is left with no resolution. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication was more disappointing than the original TV issue itself. The premises may look nice, but beautiful surroundings don’t make up for poor service, lack of communication, and no accountability. A hotel is only as good as the way it treats its guests, and in our experience, the service fell far short.
Nice hotel with fabulous view of the lake! The room was clean and with good modern design. Great onsite restaurant. There were a couple of small issues, however. Quite a lot of flying insects inside the room. The air conditioning was noisy.
The rooms are SUPER cool, recently built hotel. It was quiet, super nice view, comfortable and welcoming staff. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE! oh my god, delicious. Thank you for the awesome experience!
The room are bigger than my apartment. It was an incredible stay with a view on Champlain lake. A big thanks to the hotel staff and Greg's restaurant.
