Hyatt Regency Dushanbe

Nice hotel, the front desk is very helpful. It's a bit away from city center though, and the TV and the gym equipments are dated and not clean. The most annoying thing is the WiFi keeps getting cut off, in this day and age in such a five star hotel, it should not happen.

We visited Dushanbe for 3nights and stayed in 3 different hotels. Our 2nd hotel was Hyatt Dushane. The hotel has good location near the park in a quite area with excellent view. They swimming pool is the best we visited in Dushanbe during these 3days stay. However, the SPA area was little worn out, as the corridor area with dirty carpets... Amazing breakfast. One of the top breakfast options we had. The spacious breakfast area with huge variety of stuff to choose. Very helpful staff at the restaurant. However, it was very strange that they refused to allow me to take some photos of other rooms (It was Sunday), I was surprised to face the bureaucracy at Hyatt, though I understood that it is Dushanbe and that maybe the main reason. Overall, it is a great hotel to stay in Dushanbe. If you come to Dushanbe, Hyatt is a good hotel and I would offer you to stay here, especially if you are a Hyatt member )

Amazing! All of the staff was so friendly in the restaurant, the bar, and at the front desk!!! They were very accommodating, even when our group had some unusual requests. We would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect for walking and exploring

So I have been traveling a bit and this is my 93rd country. I have booked Hyatt properties my past two stays and am really not understanding the hype. I’m a Marriott titanium member and having stayed at Marriott properties I get way better treatment. So Hyatt Dushanbe, I had a club room but the Club lounge is closed I find out on arrival. So they have their 1800-2000 hour at the bar downstairs. Fine I get to pick two items then I had the wine. Really weak pours and they set a limit. Also only two items on the menu plus desert. Disappointing to say the least. The room upgrade was great and the lady that checked me in was amazing and helped me with the early check in. The rest honestly needs a lot of improvement.
