Easily the best hotel stay I've ever had. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, but most notable the staff is beyond incredible. Adam especially was amazing. My wife and I felt like truly valued customers during our stay. I would recommend to anyone but especially someone who is traveling out of country for the first time as you will feel a warm welcome and a helping hand from the staff.
It was our first time in Montreal and we chose this little hotel for our stay. The service was really great & the room super nice & clean. We can absolutely recommend this place cause we had wonderful six nights there.
Stayed here for one night with my husband. I feel the need to mention how amazing the customer service was at this hotel. Shoutout to Christian, Denzel and the very tall morning gentleman (did not get his name sadly). They were professional yet so casual and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. They left chocolates and a personalized card on the bed which was a nice touch. Would stay here again.
This was my first time staying here and it likely won’t be my last. I found this location on Expedia as I wanted to stay out of the old town parts of Montreal that I normally say and be closer to the side of the mountain. This is a great location for metro access and getting around the city easily-as a traveller without a car that’s a must. The room was a great size and the service of the staff was excellent. The cleaning was impeccable throughout the rooms as well as the common areas. The large washrooms with a massive soaker tub and crazy-shower are a definite plus after hiking around the city all day.
So glad we found this hotel on Expedia! The property was very clean, rooms spacious and service was top-notch! Within not even two minutes of us arriving, the gentleman at the front door came outside ( minus -25 degree weather!) To help us with our bags. Check in was quick and smooth, and the valet parking option was great, especially considering the weather. There was a mix up with our room, and immediately we were apologized to and were treated to a complimentary drink for the trouble. Breakfast was very fresh, with such great service again. Cappuccino was fantastic 👏 We will definitely look to book again, next time we are in town. Only disappointing thing was that we were under the impression the property had a hot tub and gym on-site. Unfortunately it is a separate property all together(5-10 minute walk)
