Great location but a bit scary to get into. The hallways etc. are pretty beat up and the gate/entry feels a but threatening. It's a lonely building and I don't suggest it if traveling alone. The rooms are large but a little beaten (ripped curtains, a bit dingy around the edges and silverfish in the bathroom). Everything is done via APP which isn't actually that handy and leaving luggage for storage is a pain if required. Won't be back. Should have stayed at the Hilton and not the Milton.

This loft looked great in the photos, but upon arrival, it was obvious that things are wearing out and upkeep hasn't been fully maintained. The arm chairs were worn out, one of the bathroom sinks didn't drain, the soap dispenser dripped, there were holes in the ceiling and the couch was stained. I did report a couple of issues and the arm chairs were replaced right away, but it should never have been something we had to deal with. Given the cost of the loft, I would expect everything to be in great condition. Hopefully they can get everything repaired for future guests.
We traveled to Montreal for the first time over August 7-10. The accommodations at Milton Parc on Parc were pleasantly surprising. The location is convenient to Old Montreal to the south and to the north is Mount Royal and the Plateau neighborhoods. We walked almost everywhere from this location. Directly across the street is Cafe St Barth. Great breakfast. The apartment and building is constructed well. Anything you need for a kitchen is there. Great setup and very clean. A grocery store is just a block away. Fantastic shower and bathroom with good lighting. (Bad hair dryer tho…according to my wife) The bed and linens are the best part after a whole day of walking. All in all it was an exceptional stay. And there’s always someone at the main office that picks up the phone to answer your questions. Like OMG I forgot my code. They help right away. Highly recommend Milton Parc.
This was our 2nd time using this service with Simplissimo. Last time the location was more like in an apartment. This time it was a loft. Overall, very good experience. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are exquisite and very nicely designed and clean. The living space probably would need more retouch (e.g. couches). We never used the 2nd floor bedroom, but that looked very nice as well with it's own TV. I appreciated the cable/internet service - we wanted to watch the world cup games, and everything was readily available. I couldn't fully figure out the AC system, but we never had any issue. The upper floor which we didn't use, seemed hotter. Location itself is ok, and relatively close to the park and downtown itself - walking distance. Definitely much nicer than the area we stayed last time.
Milton Lofts are nice, but the area is surrounded by homeless people, but the building is well secured. The bed was very comfortable; however, the furniture is in horrible condition (Sofa and bar chairs) and needs to be replaced. We had to use a blanket to sit on the sofa and towels on the bar stools due to all of the rips and peeling leather. Management was very responsive when contacted about questions/concerns.
