I stayed here for three nights, and overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was disappointing from the start. When I checked in, the front desk staff member barely acknowledged me, and I had to keep asking for information that would normally be provided during check-in. Breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant staff also lacked warmth and attentiveness. They made me feel as though serving me was a favour. On my second day, my room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were perhaps only two staff members who provided good customer service. The hotel needs to do a better job of training its staff. The hotel itself looks nice, but anyone in the hospitality business should understand that good service is what makes a hotel, not just the building. I was surprised by how poor the experience was. I expected better from a Hilton, especially as someone who travels often. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and everything else is great. However, the EV parking spaces are not properly managed, as regular vehicles are often parked in spots designated for electric vehicles. Also, the EV chargers require adapters, but the hotel does not provide them. This was a bit disappointing, and I hope the hotel will improve these facilities for EV owners.
The soundproofing is extremely poor. You would expect a hotel located right off the highway to have good soundproofing, but we could hear constant traffic noise from our room! For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better sound insulation. When we raised the issue with the staff, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked and were offered earplugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is sensitive to noise or looking for a quiet and restful stay.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I just love our room! It’s a corner room located on the 10th floor. It is very clean and spacious. It has all the guest essentials. Lots of storage, iron and ironing board, clothes hanger, safe box, coffee maker, microwave, fridge… Crabtree and Evelyn for their bathroom amenities provide guests with a high-end hotel experience! It has a big king size bed and very comfortable. Our room has a beautiful view of St. Joseph Oratory which is located close to the hotel! They have a well secured garage parking for guests with in and out privileges (paid) so, we didn’t have to worry about the safety of our car. Room key card is used to access the parking. Location is great. There are Starbucks, Presotea (Bubble tea) and grocery store at the neighbouring condo. Close to St. Joseph Oratory and walking distance to Orange Julep. Only few minutes to get to Old Montreal by car. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too! Gave us a warm welcome when we came and a cordial goodbye when we checked out. Small things to note though… 1. No slippers - in case you’re used to wearing them at home especially in the bathroom. 2. Not sound proof but not noisy either. Our room is at the corner of the 10th floor close to the road. Sometimes we get to hear police cars, ambulance and loud motorists but not enough to disturb our stay. 3. Pillows aren’t fluffy and are flat/ thin. We didn’t mind it since 2 pairs of pillows were provided. We just stacked them together and had a good night sleep. PRO TIP: For those who are particular with room location, just like me… Join Hilton Honors and be a member. Download app and book directly. They may assign a room for you but upon check-in via app, you have an opportunity to change it and pick a room (same category/price) of your booked room. Isn’t it cool??!!! You also get to use a digital key card via app to access your room. Cool app I must say! All in all, I will surely stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.
Overall, a good stay at a clean, comfortable, and well‑located hotel. While there were a couple of check‑in issues, management responded quickly, professionally, and took the feedback seriously, which I appreciated. One area for improvement is parking non‑electric vehicles were using EV charging stations, and better enforcement would be helpful for guests who need to charge. What stood out most was the strong follow‑up from management and their clear commitment to guest satisfaction. With a bit more consistency, this would be an easy recommendation, and I would consider staying again.
