Grand Times Hotel in Mirabel (Blainville) is exceptionally clean. The room, bathroom, and especially the shower were spotless—no grime, no mildew, everything gleaming. The sheets and linens were crisp and clearly fresh. You can tell housekeeping takes real pride in their work. Service was generally decent and check‑in was smooth overall. Our only issue was arriving just after midnight with two toddlers without a prior reservation. We’d called earlier and were told they were full, but as walk‑ins we were able to get a room. The staff member who checked us in came across as indifferent and a bit unfriendly, which stood out against the otherwise positive experience. Continental breakfast was included and offered a good selection to start the day. Despite the front‑desk vibe that night, I’d definitely stay here again when in the Montreal area. If cleanliness is a priority, this hotel is a top choice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lighting was beautiful and convenient, and the room temperature was perfect. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, considering the price and the level of the hotel, I expected a few more basic amenities in the room, such as complimentary water, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, but these were not provided. I also expected a better breakfast with more variety and quality.
*** updated review after owners response**** This is how I know you guys will lie about anything to make yourselves look good, let's get some facts straight if you really investigated the situation. It wasn't through expedia it was through bookings.com. We spoke to bookings.com and they were willing to give a FULL refund upon management approval and that was denied multiple times. The room leak was not minimal, the whole entrance hallway where we walked in, the carpet was soaked. The maintenance did not repair the issue right away. He advised to stay out of room for few hours after a 6 hour drive from toronto. As for the thermostat the front desk clerk advised that if we needed the heat changed, to call the front desk to adjust the heat, that was the solution they offered which adds another incovenience. The room was not complimentary we had to pay extra 100 for the suite. And there wasn't many options. Every option was given there was an issue with the room and there's only so many times that one can pack and move out of the room. Like i said I am pregnant and with a toddler. Every solution you guys offered there was an issue hence why we no longer wanted to stay at your hotel. My husband requested to save the security footage, so we can have full transparency of the conversation that had happened and that request was denied. My husband spoke to your team in a professional manner, he was advocating for his family, and you're trying to portray him as an aggressive black man. Your reviews reflect our exact experience. We actually ended up staying at the Sheraton who took extra care of us. For future reference be transparent with your guests. Show some empathy for the inconveniences your hotel have caused Poor quality rooms, upgraded multiple times and still the rooms were non functional. Drove 6 hours for this underwhelming hotel. The 4 stars is a lie. The location and hotel is dead. The manager is a huge liar, wouldn't issue a refund even though every room they sent us in has a leak or the heating was non functional. I have a toddler and was pregnant and they did not care at all.
Visiting from the UK. Great stay at Grand Times Hotel Blainvillee-Mirabel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Yasmina and her team, who kindly helped with a small unusual request before our arrival. The location is very convenient, close to the outlet mall and across the road several restaurants/take aways and Walmart. The hotel has small but perfectly adequate pool, and breakfast offered for example a good selection of bagels, breads, cereals, juices etc. The rooms were modern and comfortable, although the glass shower design took some getting used to! Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is my fourth time staying here for three nights in a row, and the service remains entirely unacceptable. While the hotel is clean and well-kept, the front desk staff is unbelievably argumentative and condescending. I have reached the point where I am contemplating canceling the remainder of my stay. I have never encountered such blatant unprofessionalism at an establishment of this caliber. Management needs to address this immediately.
