We stayed there for two days. We had a lovely time with our grandson, who is 12 years old. He enjoyed the pool a lot. It is partially covered (inside of the hotel and partially open with the view of the mountain). It is quite amazing. The hotel is very clean and they strife to bring the quality and comfort for the guests. Definitely I will come back.

We were staying in August 2026 in a LOFT bedroom. The bed was amazing: comfy and it's a king size. They have spare pillows in the closet for the pullout bed couch. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (see photos). There's a mini fridge and microwave, and washer and dryer in the loft type room. This place is very popular among families with young kids. There's also cubbies to hang your heavy ski jackets. The room is spacious. The bathroom is spacious. Love the carpet around the bed so my feet are not cold when touching the floor first thing in the morning. You can book two rooms that are connected by the the front doors (instead as connecting door inside the room). It's hard to explain but essentially there's another door that you can use as a main door because the way they design the room entrance (for the loft room). We swam when people are having supper so we had the pool ourselves. The hot tub was nice too. CONS: wifi is slooooww. They provided coffee Nespresso capsules (4), but no TEA so if you are tea person, bring your tea. The swimming pool is small (it looks bigger in photos) - the hotel suggests 10 people at a time in the pool. They're fixing it in September 2026 hence why it won't be available on that month. It needs repair for sure.
Wonderful Stay at Espace 4 Saisons, Orford What a beautiful place! We had a wonderful stay at Espace 4 Saisons in Orford. The location is beautiful, with amazing views, and it’s a great place for families with kids. We stayed in a spacious room with a kitchen, and it had everything we needed, including all the essential kitchen items and appliances. The room also had a lovely patio/balcony where we could sit and relax. The TV had Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming apps, which was a nice bonus when travelling with kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were also excellent. The hot tub uses salt water, so there was no strong chlorine smell afterward, which we really appreciated. 🏊♀️ There is also a massage centre on the ground floor, along with Burger Pub and Bistro 4 Saisons. We tried the food at both restaurants and really enjoyed it. 🍔🍽️ The property has plenty of rooms and lots of parking, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. I accidentally left some of our luggage behind after checking out. When I called them, they were incredibly quick and helpful in arranging a Purolator delivery to get our belongings back to us. That kind of service really makes a difference! Overall, a beautiful, family-friendly place with great rooms, beautiful views, good food, and excellent staff. We would definitely love to come back again!
Went there for a 2 night stay. Stayed in a room with king size bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, kitchenette and patio and found it to be a great size for a couple. Hotel is undergoing renovations but did not interfere with our experience. Located a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Magog.
Beautiful hotel, very clean, and nice staff. However the Burger Pub has exorbitantly priced drinks ($23 for an iceberg double vodka soda, which for a drink that costs $5 to make and takes 2 minutes to make is an incredible up-charge) and the spa is also quite pricy (I got a manicure and although the manicurist was very nice and did the best with what she had the bottle of nail polish was clearly old as it ended up quite streaky and lumpy, for what it cost they should be re-purchasing the nail polishes on a schedule to avoid this issue). The restaurant was also nice, the meals were delicious but the bread was just a plain cut up baguette and for the price it would have been nice if it was toasted with some olive oil. I wouldn’t be bringing up any of these issues if the price wasn’t so high, there’s just a few finishing touches that you would expect with the expense. The pool was nice (I especially liked the indoor/outdoor design) but a bit small for the number of guests as it was frequently crowded. I also left something in my room the day of checkout and when I went up to the front desk to ask about it they said they had it, it was my fault for leaving it in the room but I would just recommend calling people if expensive items are left behind (I wrote down my number on the paperwork for check-in so they had it) because we could have driven off by that point. Overall I would give the hotel a 3.75/5, the staff was always lovely and the rooms were very clean which I liked a lot. I was also very pleased with the amenities in room, having a washer/dryer was very nice. However I was disappointed with the cost for quality of the pub, spa and restaurant.
